PositiveAs a mom of small children, the last thing on my mind is adding more work for myself, even if it is for the benefit of myself. The only portion I had to be involved in was picking the option and enjoying the option. I was not involved in any portion of the details of setting up skydiving for myself and I am so grateful for how quick and amazing and easy the overall experience was!

PositiveAs a user it was easy to use, had a great selection of experiences to choose from and I felt appreciated by my company.
NegativeI didn't make a selection for my experience right away because the selection seemed limited at the time so I waited a couple weeks for the website to be updated. I received notices via email multiple times per week reminding me to use my award. I felt this may have been too excessive.

PositiveI loved being able to experience a farm-to-table restaurant that I never would've thought to go to! The concierge made the reservation for me, which was very simple, and all we had to do was show up. Great communication and service.

We had the opportunity to select from a variety of rewards. The counselor worked with me to help me find a local reward that I would enjoy. The concert was fantastic!
PositiveGot to see Jimmy Buffett live at Merriweather. The tickets were free to me. The location and date I got to pick. Coincidentally my sister was going that night with her husband.

PositiveGeneral experience within one page. Idea is nice. Cohesive webpage. View what you get at a glance for marketing.
NegativeGreat on surface level, but service is lacking. Not enough variety provided. Concierge does nothing except place in an order for items within the budget for tangible experiences. There is no inquiry as to what someone might like and instead one gets stuck with all one type of item and no variety whatsoever. Waste of money here, I'd rather receive company swag than this type of appreciation.
