This was a great new benefit provided by my employer. The reward is customizable to the passions and interests of employees and is something that everyone can use.
We had tickets to a concert and had great seats! The entire experience went smoothly and the interactions with the concierge was fast and easy to navigate.

Easy confirmation and booking with Blueboard team who went above and beyond to not only assist with booking but also assist with rescheduling. It's great to schedule a relaxing spa day but even greater to have Blueboard Concierge to handle arrangements that are worry free. Thank you Blueboard team!

No Cons amazing experience with multiple choice and ease of use. Although I had to call to reschedule date, Blueboard concierge assisted with contact information and follow up.

I loved the experience of working with Blueboard, and was very happy with all the customization they provided on my behalf!

As a mom of small children, the last thing on my mind is adding more work for myself, even if it is for the benefit of myself. The only portion I had to be involved in was picking the option and enjoying the option. I was not involved in any portion of the details of setting up skydiving for myself and I am so grateful for how quick and amazing and easy the overall experience was!

Overall, I highly recommend that more companies offer Blueboard. It gets employees excited about hitting anniversary milestones as well as feel appreciated.

As a user it was easy to use, had a great selection of experiences to choose from and I felt appreciated by my company.

I didn't make a selection for my experience right away because the selection seemed limited at the time so I waited a couple weeks for the website to be updated. I received notices via email multiple times per week reminding me to use my award. I felt this may have been too excessive.

I had a great experience with Blueboard and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to travel or any business looking for a company to handle rewards for their employees.

There weren't really any cons, the only small thing is Blueboard only has a certain amount of websites/airlines they can work with. However, as this was a work bonus and my company had already paid for the service, Blueboard allowed me to pay for the flights I wanted and bank transferred the cost which was great and flexible.

Provided valuable feedback on my initial booking and assisted me with rebooking at a location that met my criteria. Overall, I strongly recommend Blueboard to all organizations who are looking to improve their engagement.

I can't say I experienced any cons. I think there are activities that will cater to most. With any perk related platform, my only advice would be to continue adding new vendors to your list of options.

Great. I reached out to my concierge to ask a few questions and they were very accommodating. Lot of unique and great looking options to choose from.

Clean interface, easy to browse for what you want. Concierge was able to not only answer my questions but also provide a slightly tailored experience for me.

Some cities seemed much more limited (or have different offerings) that others.

Once I settled on an experience the Blueboard concierge reached out to me to answer my questions and help make the reservations. She was very helpful and ensured we had a great experience. We brought our entire family to Medieval Times to celebrate birthdays and everyone had a fantastic time!

It was a really experience. Help and follow from the staff was really nice, so I recommend this for all companies.

Alternative solution for keep motivation on employees. And it is a nice tool as employee can select by own preferences.

I didn't have any real issue with the gift reward.

My experience was absolutely fantastic. From the setup of my staycation to the execution of it all. I had no problems when checking into my hotel, retrieving my massages at the spa, or checking out at the end. 100% top notch. So appreciate Blueboard!

I completely enjoyed the simplicity of the process to set up my activity with my Blueboard Concierge (Callen) and selecting the right option for me.

I did not like learning that this is not an ongoing affair :-) I am now working to implement Blueboard on my new team as a way to build an inclusive/caring environment vs. an exclusive/negative one.

I think Blueboard is a fantastic employee benefit. I was very surprised by the experience and am motivated to earn another one.

I loved being able to experience a farm-to-table restaurant that I never would've thought to go to! The concierge made the reservation for me, which was very simple, and all we had to do was show up. Great communication and service.

Initially, I was disappointed in the choices available since so many of them were at-home experiences. But once I found the restaurant option, I was very pleased!

The customer rep was very responsive, helpful and engaged. I enjoyed my experience and trying something new!

I liked getting some in the mail each month that was different than other "date nights!" It was nice to switch things up from our usual dinners out, movies etc. It was something we could do in our own home.

I would say there was nothing I didn't like. I've never had a subscription to something before so this was enjoyable!

As part of the Employee morale boosting program my company enlisted Bluebird to give some of the employee's rewards. We had the opportunity to select from a variety of rewards. The counselor worked with me to help me find a local reward that I would enjoy. The concert was fantastic!

Got to see Jimmy Buffett live at Merriweather. The tickets were free to me. The location and date I got to pick. Coincidentally my sister was going that night with her husband.

This is an awesome experience for a beer lover such as myself. It is so much receiving my box!!!!

Prefer not to receive a gift to Blueboard. Give me a voucher to spend as I like instead since the concierge cannot be bothered to ask what I might like when it comes to a more general "experience".

General experience within one page. Idea is nice. Cohesive webpage. View what you get at a glance for marketing.

Great on surface level, but service is lacking. Not enough variety provided. Concierge does nothing except place in an order for items within the budget for tangible experiences. There is no inquiry as to what someone might like and instead one gets stuck with all one type of item and no variety whatsoever. Waste of money here, I'd rather receive company swag than this type of appreciation.
