A mediocre product that doesn't even offer prorated refunds
Date: Jul 10 2025SummaryI would look elsewhere. It may be less expensive than some of the other options, but you get what you pay for.
PositiveCompetitively priced. That is about all I can say as far as the positive aspects of Blue Leaf. My only regret is that I didn't switch to another reporting sooner.
NegativeI have used this product for 3+ years. They are not client friendly. They don't offer phone support, only email. This for a product that costs $5K a year.

Their software is not very intuitive.
Support is only by email, i.e. no phone support.
And now that I have moved to performance another they refuse to provide a prorated refund. Every subscription service I know offers prorated refunds, be it cell phone service, TV streaming, audio streaming, etc.
