We have just started with this software and are already excited about what it can do for the price. They offer a great grant program to small nonprofits that brings the price for a year down to what a month would cost from the big competitors. This software does everything your small NPO (especially ours which has not-so-tech-friendly board members) and nothing you don't need it to do.

Before, we were putting the meetings in Google cal, making the agenda in Google docs, using Adobe to merge the agenda, executive director report and any other pages together, then emailing that out. This program will help streamline, save time, and keep everything in one place instead of being scattered around as we had it before BoardSpot.

If you do anything, start a free trial and make a meeting. Once you start using it, you'll see its power. At first, it doesn't look like it does much, but you will see what it can do. If you are small to medium-sized, it should do what you need it to!

Overall amazing, it's the right balance of robust features, easy to use, and reasonably priced. Love it!

We love how BoardSpot streamlined so much of our communication. It's easy to use, puts everything we need in a clear central location and has saved us tons of time that had been spent tracking down all kinds of documents. We love the product!

Would love to see more features added, like to be notified when documents are downloaded and know by whom and have messaging on the platform.

The service and ease of use of this site have been terrific. A bit buggy, but the service has resolved all questions quickly. I was able to build a custom package for the services we need within budget - and the cost is 25% of many competitors, which is wonderful as a nonprofit.

I appreciated I could set up my own trial site, the demo was easy to schedule and informative. The price is 25% of competitors prices, for the same features!

Provisioning accounts for Board members was buggy. I would love a feature where votes could be tallied and previewed with annotations prior to meetings.

Fairly easy to accept meeting invites and see activity.

The functionality of BoardSpot is nice. It is easy to add meetings and team members. You can share meeting agendas and attach documents to them.

It could have more features, it's pretty plain and simple.

Overall, the product and service is really good. Haven't had to call support at all, so can't say if it's good or bad, but it says a lot about the stability of the tool.

Document collection, meeting notes, board member info - all is pretty good and the interface is pretty simple.

Document management could be expanded, such as adding folders and permissions. Maybe better board member onboarding, not just to the board, but to help non-technical folks get used to using an online tool.

Highly recommend for non-profit users starting off. Love the upload option to add attachments and meeting minutes. Would love to see sample templates for different types of businesses for compliance purposes.

Ease of Use, User Experience Interface and Pricing. Starting off, the features are good and meet minimum requirements. Would love to see future improvements.

Having to copy and paste Zoom details vs having a Zoom Integration or MS Teams, Google Meet option

Having a central repository for important corporate documents and personnel biographies and contact information has been great. Previously, we were using Google Drive, which in use proved to be cumbersome, confusing, and non-intuitive, which resulted in the board not using it as a board resource.

BoardSpot is well organized and intuitive to use. Having all the board information in one place and accessible by everyone is wonderful. Adoption and use of BoardSpot by the board and staff has been well received.

It takes a bit to learn how to use the 'create Agenda' feature. The ability to paste an Agenda, or to save an Agenda template, that is used over and over with minimal change, rather than retyping it anew, would be great. Also, the ability to schedule meetings as recurring, rather than having to schedule each meeting individually, would be useful.

Really easy tool to navigate and we are taking full advantage of it.

Love the organization of all documents. Plus ability to see board members and their committees easily.

No downside to this tool. So easy to use and has really kept us organized.

Overall we love this system. Everyone in the organization from board members to staff users feels we made the right decision with this product.

Our non-profit embarked on a mission to bring our all volunteer board together in one place for both meetings and documents. Easy of use was top priority when searching for a solution. BoardSpot checked all the boxes for us as we launched our first all-in-one tool. For us, BoardSpot replaced a difficult to use document management system for documents and a calendar meeting invites. We often found our members couldn't access the documents they needed and joined incorrect meeting links. Bringing us all together on one platform was been a significant improvement and our time on this system has just begun.

I don't have any Cons but could joke that we are spoiled by the BoardSpot team when we need features and updates might be a Con.

As mentioned above, it is pretty basic website where we can find all the information about the non-profit.

3. It is a basic site for everyone on the team to get basic ideas about the non-profit.

It would be better if we were able to integrate our to emails & other vendors like zoom which we use to schedule all our meetings.

Overall it is a good experience for us. We love being able to store documents for reference. We would love an added feature to allow group sharing of working documents to make it easier.

BoardSpot has helped us organize our board with one location for everything. It is a central location for board members to find what they need for reference and when we have meetings scheduled.

Sometimes it is hard for some members to use and there are connectivity issues.

I'm impressed. I look forward to using this intuitive platform to help keep me organized relative to my board membership.

Support is terrific. Truly simply to use and easy to teach others. Can't wait until Zoom is integrated!

I would definitely recommend this to other Boards. The customer service support was excellent. We were all impressed with the particular give to our org's specific needs, e.g. adding additional pronoun options.

The intuitive interface of BoardSpot makes it easy to use. And the platform keeps us much more organized than our previous online tool.

I'm too new to have cons. I'm still reveling in this new tool.

I am please with the software and look forward to new features including search capability.

BoardSpot is able to organize our meetings and document in an efficient manner.
We are able to link the Minutes of our meeting to the Board or Committee meetings.
It also gives us the capability to poll or members and RSVP for meetings.

It would be helpful to have keyword search capabilities to look for specific items in the data base and also within stored documents.
