We see network for good as a valuable part of our development team. They do their job, so we can do ours!

Support, ease, and features. We so appreciate the staff and support. If we ever have an issue, which is rare, they are quick to respond.

We don't see any cons to the program. It is the only one of its kind that we have ever used and we see no need to change.

We wanted to migrate our events to NFG to sell via the donations feature, but we price different tickets differently and wanted to set caps for the total amount of tickets. Unfortunately, so far NFG just allows caps on the particular ticket type, but not for the entire set.

Working with Network for Good has been the best program for fundraising ever. I am so glad that I found out about it through a grant I wrote. I hope I will be able to raise enough money to continue working with the program. Yes, I am sold.

The constant support is a major asset. I am a novice at fundraising and needed a lot of hand-holding and my contacts did just that to include my lack of technological prowess.

I can't think of anything I did not like. I am a novice so I needed every aspect of the program to help me with success.

I am new to NFG and have only been using it for a couple months. I'm still learning my way through filters and setting up templates, but overall it seems to be a great, user friendly system.

NFG is user friendly. It offers great support through the chat option and with coaching sessions. The ability to text, email, and send video messages are great features!

There is no filter for undeliverable texts which would make it easier to group and remove people from system. There should also be an option to put organizations in NFG without having to create a separate individual contact.

We have been successful using this software. We have tried others but this seems to be the best comprehensive package offered.

We like using NFG for several reasons; ease of navigation, templates and support, coaching, office hours and more.

It would be nice if we could get more information about open rates for text messages and have a specific phone number for texts. It would help people know it is not spam.

Network for Good donor database tool has been a very good return on investment for Crossroads Business and Education Connection.
Team members have been a great help to us when using basic tool and new add-ons.

1. We appreciate the ability to have NFG team transfer our raw info from spreadsheets into the tool.
2. The recent addition to the tool to update addresses using USPS change of address database was helpful
3. Love the webinars. Great info that I have actually used.

I am hard-pressed to come up with cons.
1. The text blocks a lot of the cover picture when you set up an event.
2. It is not intuitively obvious (to me) to use all the features related to setting up an event or sometimes a campaign.

I am so happy to be using Network for Good! We were paying for Donor Perfect, Constant Contact, and MobileCause. Having everything under one roof is making the donor/admin experience so much better!

Network for Good is an all encompassing platform! I love that it allows us to bridge all the gaps between donor communication, data, and management!

This service, and everyone associated with it, are very helpful to my tiny nonprofit. I thought that I wouldn't be able to afford it, and was surprised to find out that I will only be bringing in more money; there is no risk.

Network for Good has opened up many opportunities for our non-profit organization. It has allowed for the members of our community to stay better connected and has provided an easier way for donors to show their support. I really enjoy the ease of the mass communication system! This has given us a chance to more effectively communicate with our supporters.

Some of the functions aren't the easiest to navigate. Once we learn how to use them, it's fine. But getting there takes a few trial and error turns.

We love the ability to contact a helpline whenever needed and all the instructional web series are great!

I am a grant writer and non profit consultant and I work with many nonprofit organizations. Whenever I am asked about donor databases, I always recommend NFG. Several of my clients have converted and are so happy with the switch!

There is really nothing I don't like about Network For Good!

After research by our consultant of alternatives in early 2021, NFG was recommended to our foundation as the most cost-effective solution for our needs. We began by importing our historical donor information which helped us to reach out to and reactivate lapsed donors. We have used it to reach out to donors by email, social media and US Mail with positive results.

We are a nonprofit run by volunteers supported by a consultant who are located across the country. The NFG platform helps us manage and keep our donor database up-to-date as well as running multiple campaigns. It also processes online donations and supports input of donations received by mail.

As the organization's treasurer, I need to input info for donors as well as getting info for the distributions that are transferred to our account. This requires two separate logins. It would be easier for me if the same login supported users with different level of access.

Our experience has exceeded our expectations and we are grateful to the folks at Network For Good not only for their excellent products, but also for their heart in helping emerging non-profits meet their goals and achieve success. They get where we are at and what we need.

As co-founder of Project Spark Studio, a non-profit student film studio in Northern CA, I was researching CRM software because we had outgrown our excel spreadsheets. We needed better ways to keep track of our contacts, manage giving and send out communications that looked professional. We found out about and applied for the Jumpstart Grant--an opportunity that paired a year's worth of Network For Good's CRM software with structured tech support and monthly sessions with a fundraising coach who had over 20 years experience working with non-profits. This was a $6,800 value--a lot less than many of the other options that provided the CRM only. We have been beyond happy with this opportunity and the Network For Good software. Because of the structured support, which required us to meet with tech support 3x's within the first 3 months, we got online quickly and experimented with many of the different features included. This CRM is meant for beginning to emerging non-profits and it is fabulous. It keeps track of all donations, contacts, and communication all in one program. The communication portion is easily as robust as MailChimp and nice that you don't have to export your contacts into another program. You can also create fillable forms for events or class registrations, send out form letters automatically, collect donations, etc. Tech support has been fabulous, and the wait time is usually minimal. Whenever I call with a question, they take time to troubleshoot and help solve my problem, often offering a better solution. If you get this software, I would highly recommend pairing it with the fundraising coach(optional). Our coach has helped us rethink many of the events and forms we used as well as given us many strategies for fundraising that are current and have helped us see immediate increases in our fundraising. She has helped us do things we had only thought about doing "someday". The coaches provide that encouragement and accountability to keep moving forward with the inevitable learning curve of learning and implementing a new software even as simple to use as Network For Good. The things we have done already in the last 6 months, are things it would have taken us 2 to 3 years to complete and get up and running.

I don't have any cons. Network For Good and Jumpstart have a researched and amazing formula that works between the tech support, CRM and coaching.

This is an affordable way to keep all your donor data in one place for easy access and trackability.

I love everything about this product. It allows infinitely customizable reports, instant thanks for donors, and in depth information on all donor and member activity. I can't imagine NOT having this program now. It has literally changed every aspect of my donor relations.

Data conversion tool was easy to use and finding duplicates and merging is a breeze! Loved that NFG converted the companies for us.

When customer purchases more than on raffle ticket, they must enter their information for each purchase. A bit redundant and not efficient.

We switched to this software a few months ago and love it. We're more efficient, strategic, and professional. Plus, it's fun to use! We're confident that the Network for Good platform will help us spread awareness and grow our donor base.
