    Constant issues and glitches

    Date: Sep 02 2021
    Summary

    Terrible service.

    Positive

We opted to use this platform because it only has a monthly fee. No commissions of booking fees.

    Negative

So many glitches. We offer tour products only however, our account reports frequently show accommodation products like '2bdr apartment' or something similar. When reported to the support team they said they couldn't recreate the issue therefore to them it doesn't exist.

The online guest booking function just recently started taking double payments, we reported this and received the following
"Their browser probably toggled when they finalized the booking. We do not have any other operator that is reporting the same issue, can you create a new booking from your website and see if this will happen again?" of course we couldn't replicate it ourselves... therefore to them it doesn't exist.

We've used the system for a couple of years. A month ago a function stopped working. It was a function that changed the booking from reserved to confirmed once the payment was made and saved. This was a big issue because "reserved" bookings didn't show up on the invoices for our agents. We reported this issue only for the support team to say we are lying that "the system never done that to start with". Do you think we would have reported the issue if that was the case?

We cannot express how frustrating it is to use this company. We would be happy to work with them if they were open to fix the bugs as they appeared. Apparently ignorance is there business mission statement
