    Way Over Priced Low Results

    Summary

    This product is not worth the money. If you are looking for a lead gen with CRM and Website, there are better alternatives. Overall, go with one of their lower priced competitors.

    Positive

    This software has all the bells and whistles to look and feel fancy. If you want something that will have plenty for your agents to feel like they have an expensive software this is it.

    Negative

    The ROI is horrible. The customer service department takes 2-3 days in most cases to respond, even when your website is down and needs immediate attention. You have to sign a year long contract that they will not let you out of. They talk about success assurance, but in reality they don't care if you are successful or not they just want their almost two thousand a month payment. They start off low and increase every month. I started off around $800 a month now near the end of the contract at almost $1800. For every dollar spent is produced 54 cents last year, so I basically threw money in the trash can.
