PositiveBasically, I am using it for social media posting and comment automation. And, the good thing is, it costs me nothing. Beyond this, I have used basic paid plan twice for WhatsApp broadcasting. What I felt that it was easy to set up and there were a lot of options for integrations.
Negative1. when someone posted any comment with emoji on my associated Facebook page, botsailor's auto reply failed.
