    I use BotSailor not for heavy working but my experience is good. Because, they have an effective support eco-system.

    Positive

    Basically, I am using it for social media posting and comment automation. And, the good thing is, it costs me nothing. Beyond this, I have used basic paid plan twice for WhatsApp broadcasting. What I felt that it was easy to set up and there were a lot of options for integrations.

    Negative

    1. when someone posted any comment with emoji on my associated Facebook page, botsailor's auto reply failed.
    2. In case of carousel posting, sometimes it delayed longer
