My overall experience is overwhelming. Previously I used to look for fragmented CRM. Never knew that a software can not only provide CRM, but a complete set of tools for Franchise Businesses. The business functioning is now much more faster than before.

The software came up with flexible training. I liked the option of customisation. It is helping me to build knowledge profound services. Employees are engaging because of the flexibility. They can anytime read the study materials and learn more of the equipment. Initially, we faced a lot of trouble with training the employees to use technological apparatus. Now, each of them can advocate themselves. We are also getting positive customer reviews.

Till now, I haven't found any. It almost works smoothly.
