    I can sleep and not worry about my videos to be posted at scheduled time. Its user interface is top notch and easy to cope up with. Its web page builder has lots of tools and easy to use too. I could create a web page in just few clicks and use it to drive traffic.

    The software is a good-to-go software and quite easy to understand but initially while using and implementing all the tools and functions of the software. We did not go wrong with Buffer, it is the most simple social media tool and it has helped us achieve all our short term and long term goals since its implementation, it is a great way to advertise our products and get more people to know our company, in my opinion, it reaches people more than browsing our website and we have been able to grow our sales because this solution has helped increase our engagement in all our posts and now more people are interested in getting a quote, it has been very easy to use on our daily routine and we are constantly updated on what is going on in terms of engagement, it is definitely a professional tool that is perfect to slowly build a brand on social media.

    Buffer provides an easy tool to build an active audience on social media slowly but surely, with the right features it is very easy to plan a strategy that helps our social media accounts grow and our audience engage more with our content. I can schedule a great amount of posts in advance and edit the different dates and it will post the day that I set without any issues, it allows me to plan everything in advance and have something well prepared because of this feature, since we can think twice if we are putting out the message we want to convey, and provide the perfect content for everyone that follows us on Instagram and Facebook and improve all our connections. We are able to preview the scheduled posts and know how everything will look together and decide if there are changes to be made or if the posts fits with the overall image of our social media accounts, this is a very convenient feature as it helps us plan everything knowing already what it will look like on our account, having this tool helps us a lot with realizing what works and what doesn’t.
    It does not only allow to schedule and plan content for social media, but it also has a couple of intuitive tools that help analyze interactions with the accounts, studying performance over a certain period of time and showing in-depth insights of how the accounts are doing through a main dashboard that shows all the KPIs and the growth of impressions, comments, likes, clicks, followers and more, and make comparisons with past posts and also create different comparisons between paid advertising that we make and organic posts, and see how well each one is doing in the accounts. Buffer has the capability to analyze and report different metrics that are important to the growth of a social media account, and know which demographic your content is being put on, so that if you are in the wrong demographic, do something else to change that and actually reach the right audience for your brand. It is not difficult to use at all, it is actually very simple and has the most user-friendly interface that I have come across, with all the placement of features being really self explanatory and the usage of them too, it is a tool that sends out alerts whenever a post is going up so we can keep an eye on all the metrics and see that it posted correctly.

    I would like to be able to schedule Instagram stories, right now I can only set up alarms so the software notifies me when to upload, but I would like to just schedule them without having to think too much about it, I understand that it is a big feature that needs to be worked on but I still would like to be able to do this straight from the software without any limitations, it would save a lot of time since we regularly post on Instagram stories so that means setting alerts constantly, so it would be highly beneficial to just simply schedule them and the software taking care of the rest.
