Overall, a great experience - their team is willing to work with companies like ours and listen. Something you don't always find when working with a vendor. Just try asking for some features from a similar company in the field that has thousands of customers - good luck with that. BuildOps trained us, their staff is knowledgeable in the industry, and they are open to suggestions from companies like ours.

I like the flexibility, friendliness, and how overall pleasant it is to work with BuildOps team. Functionality is great, yes there are plenty of other options for this type of platforms out there but BuildOps is our partner at this point. We didn't want a provider that would be a rigid giant corporation that wouldn't care about us. BuildOps ended up begin a great choice.

Nothing to complain about, they have everything an HVAC or commercial construction needs. We've been using them for over a year and there is so much functionality and technology that BuildOps offers that it is more than enough for our company.

Overall great integration with accounting tools - its a pretty complete Construction ERP. BuildOps is adding a lot of functionality - this year Project Management module, Customer Portal, a bunch of integrations. Really strong platform for our industry.

Super easy to create dispatches, invoicing is a breeze, inventory and customer project tracking is simple. Plus they have great mobile capabilities - you can use it anywhere.

All in one platform for any construction or HVAC or services business - dispatching, quoting, scheduling, invoices, CRM, job tracking and project management, customer portal, reporting, etc. - everything is there.

We really like how simple and intuitive BuildOps platform is. It has all of the functionality a typical commercial construction or HVAC company would need. Their support team is fantastic and very knowledgeable in the industry. And, if things get too difficult they just jump in together with you and help.

Again, we really like the platform - nothing major to mention here at this point; have been using the platform close to a year.

Great implementation, well delivered and organized training process, more time for my technicians and specialists to work with customers now and less doing the paperwork.

We are just better all across the board when it comes to collecting and organizing customer and project data. Our teams now spend less time on paperwork and more with customers in the field. We love the fact that they came to train our team in the office and delivered a very personalized experience.

BuildOps has allowed us to really level-up our operations very rapidly; Price is reasonable for the amount of features and technology they offer.

Good platform, again some great engineering went into dispatch and scheduling. Dispatch board is my favorite place to go and use on the platform - everything is in front of my eyes.

Dispatching and scheduling related functionality is amazing - I see all of my jobs pipeline in one place.

Some of the dashboards can use a bit more filters capabilities.

I think we cut our paperwork by 90% at this point, mobile features made the life of our technicians easier, and billing is easily 2-3x times faster now. Plus, they have a solid integration with the accounting tools we use.

BuildOps helped us streamline our company operations and make a big move from how we do things; Moving away from paper invoices. Platform has a lot of features and takes some time to learn - but it is totally worth it in the end. Make sure you leverage their rockstar customer support team.

Very happy with their customer support and technology, BuildOps team has helped us a lot in the past year when we were ramping up our platform usage - only good things to say about them.

We were leveraging a really old software system before BuildOps and it just lived its better days and needed to be replaced. Invoicing, quoting, customer management, support of people in the field, overall tracking - everything is better. We have gone "many levels up" because of BuildOps and their technology.

Like the new customer portal and project management modules in the platform. Navigation in the platform is smooth and easy - on both desktop and mobile versions of the platform. I end up being in reports and dashboards for most of my day and I would say reporting module in BuildOps is almost a data mining/business intelligence level tool alone - if you know how to use it.

I guess we would want even more integrations in the future - our QuickBooks is connected not to the platform and works well. But, we can benefit from more integration options in the future.

Mostly small personal tweaks and how UI is built in a couple of places, but an otherwise great tool.

Mobile simplifies things a lot on my end - we use to have a software where we would need to do updates at the end of the shift, it was difficult. I get more work done now that I don't have to worry as much about the paperwork side of things in the field. I also had a great experience with their customer support team - fantastic training program.

GPS tracking and field service mobile app capabilities are the most used features on my end. I am always in the field so the fact that I don't need an iPad and can just use my mobile to do the work is great.

Have been using it for almost a year - from a technician in a field perspective, can't complain.

Training took a bit longer than we expected for some of our team members. Add an extra couple of weeks to your crew training planning (people-driven training can take a bit longer).

Best in the business for commercial service. Really liked their platform workflows and cost was ok too.

Tight workflow that matches our business without too much tinkering. Enough customization options to make it your own but not so many that it's overwhelming. Just right.

Designed heavily for HVAC and electrical businesses and could be more flexible for other industries. I am in the commercial garage door space and still need to estimate outside of the platform.

Overall, it's been a great experience and a huge difference maker in time spent on manual processes.

Reporting was a little weak when we first started. We could pull what we needed but required some help from customer service. They were happy to help but I'm glad that they updated the experience so that we can pull our reports independently.

We like the customization and flexibility of BuildOps, it works well for our entire team, it's cloud-based, simple to use, and has a ton of functionality for any commercial construction or HVAC type business.

There is a ton of reports, but it would help if they are categorized just a bit better and nested within a set of specific categories.
