PositiveUser experience is good. I am not the most techy type guy. Training was awesome - really helped me figure out what needs to be done and how. I like that id doesn't take me hours to document my jobs during the day and that when I am in the field I can run things right from my phone.

Very easy to use, love the scheduling and dispatch capabilities

PositiveOur company technicians really like the app and mobile capabilities of the platform. With our staff not having to wait to do the updates - accuracy of what we see at the end of the day have improved. I use their reports features and insights functionality. Really grateful for all of the support from their team and all of the training sessions they've delivered.
NegativeService agreements management / workflows can be a bit tricky at times - needs to be a bit more easier when it comes to set-up.

Great reporting capabilities
Date: May 17 2022SummaryReally positive experience - especially with BuildOps support and customer care teams; Our team loves mobile capabilities - no need to buy an iPad for our technicians works on their mobiles! And again reporting and data piece is impressive.
PositiveWe're more of a mid size company and at this point starting to pay attention to our data. Used lots of Excel and some rudimentary BI tools, but these can only get you so far. Our team needed extra help in training and BuildOps delivered - we go beyond reports now and use their custom and calculated fields, dashboards, build our own reporting at this point (don't ever want to return back to excel)
NegativeCan be a bit more expensive, especially for a smaller shops, but hey - you get all of the right features to grow your business.

PositiveSince adding Build Ops we have seen a drop in call-backs and we are actually able to start tracking pullthrough jobs. I was able to see its contribution to revenue almost right off the bat.

We can do so much now - keep track of all quotes, customer agreements, pieces and parts replaced, - we can do our work faster and more accurately these days.
PositiveCustomer support is quick to respond and help - they are very knowledgeable and very thorough. There is a very impressive amount of information available to you once the platform is live and ready: quotes, orders, jobs, customer info, employee info, assets, etc. History and past parts and assets used are easy to see and track.
NegativeThere is a bit of a learning curve - prepare to invest the first few days to a couple of weeks to learn, but as I mentioned their customer care team is great - you'll have a lot of help.

PositiveReally great customer support and implementation process. It was by far one of the smoothest implementation experiences we had.
NegativeThe Dispatch board is great - super easy to understand and navigate around, awesome GPS capabilities. The fact that we can optimize for the best routes and technicians in the field - saves us a lot on gas, and allows us to deliver more projects in the same area per day. Really well made, feels like it was engineered for mechanical contractors doing a lot of commercial work.
