For field techs, this is a great platform. Mobile app is super user friendly and does a great job. I am using this tech every day now.

User experience is good. I am not the most techy type guy. Training was awesome - really helped me figure out what needs to be done and how. I like that id doesn't take me hours to document my jobs during the day and that when I am in the field I can run things right from my phone.

I don't have anything to say here - at least for now.

Overall great experience, we had some challenges with our on premise system - it was tough for us to sync the field data at the end of the day. Now this challenge is solved as BuildOps is cloud based and has mobile capabilities.

Our company technicians really like the app and mobile capabilities of the platform. With our staff not having to wait to do the updates - accuracy of what we see at the end of the day have improved. I use their reports features and insights functionality. Really grateful for all of the support from their team and all of the training sessions they've delivered.

Service agreements management / workflows can be a bit tricky at times - needs to be a bit more easier when it comes to set-up.

The best tech I've seen for field service management type shops. We'll be staying with BuildOps for awhile!

Lot's of functionality across the board. It feels like their technology was build for our business - great fit across the board. Their engineers keep adding new functionality - I feel like my business can grow together with this platform for many years to come.

Can be a bit intimidating when switching to this "next level" type tech. Lots to learn. BuildOps has a lot of good support to get you where you need to be and to train the entire team.

Well thought UI and how easy it is to start learning the platform week - very little time to get started once all is implemented.

Overall BuildOps has a great product - amazing software engineering piece. It is easy to use - new employees up and running in no time, but initial set-up can be a bit daunting - leverage their support team.

Our companies does electrical, plumbing, commercial construction, etc. - and we found all of the features and capabilities in BuildOps to support our company.

Quoting, no doubt. We like that you can customize quotes on the go (before we were manually editing each quote in Word), email them out to customers right away and can keep track of them in one place. That savings in time alone is worth it.

Bells and whistles are worth it but it's not cheap.

Too early to say, so far using BuildOps for less than 6 months, really happy with the implementation.

Addressing our growth needs with automation and software - we were to reliant on manual ways of doing things before BuildOps.

I like how well the implementation have been done and all of the support we received from BuildOps team.

There are a lot of pre-created reports in the platform - it would be easier if they are grouped into categories.

It doesn't matter how great of a system you think you're running, In my opinion BuildOps can do it better.

Learning new and optimized ways to manage schedule and dispatch of our teams with the help of BuildOps.

More additional ways to bridge BuildOps with other external systems via API and non-API integrations could be useful in the long run.

Only good things to say, really good work done at training our team and showing us how to start using the platform day one.

Really positive experience - especially with BuildOps support and customer care teams; Our team loves mobile capabilities - no need to buy an iPad for our technicians works on their mobiles! And again reporting and data piece is impressive.

We're more of a mid size company and at this point starting to pay attention to our data. Used lots of Excel and some rudimentary BI tools, but these can only get you so far. Our team needed extra help in training and BuildOps delivered - we go beyond reports now and use their custom and calculated fields, dashboards, build our own reporting at this point (don't ever want to return back to excel)

Can be a bit more expensive, especially for a smaller shops, but hey - you get all of the right features to grow your business.

Very satisfied with the software. We've already seen measurable improvement. Great mobile features. Absolutely love the scheduling, dispatch and project management capabilities.

Since adding Build Ops we have seen a drop in call-backs and we are actually able to start tracking pullthrough jobs. I was able to see its contribution to revenue almost right off the bat.

Team has mentioned that they'd like to see GPS integrations instead of just cell phone GPS.

Reporting can take a bit of a time to master - might seem a bit intimidating in the beginning.

Customer support and their training specialists did an amazing job. My biggest challenge right now is onboarding all of my team onto the platform at the same time.

I really like the dispatch board, scheduling, and jobs management related features. Reporting is really well build too.

It takes time to learn, and master. Otherwise great piece of technology for anyone in HVAC line of business.

BuildOps enables our guys to invoice in the field and in real-time and streamlines our billing process. Mobile is the way to go - it makes jobs easier for our technicians. We can do so much now - keep track of all quotes, customer agreements, pieces and parts replaced, - we can do our work faster and more accurately these days.

Customer support is quick to respond and help - they are very knowledgeable and very thorough. There is a very impressive amount of information available to you once the platform is live and ready: quotes, orders, jobs, customer info, employee info, assets, etc. History and past parts and assets used are easy to see and track.

There is a bit of a learning curve - prepare to invest the first few days to a couple of weeks to learn, but as I mentioned their customer care team is great - you'll have a lot of help.

We used to be a very inefficient company that would make too many mistakes. Over reliance on paper processes and a bunch of disconnected software tools - we couldn't trust some of our data at the end of the day.
BuildOps has changed all of that.

Customer Portal is a really great feature on Buildops platform and project management too - these are the capabilities that I use there on a daily basis.

Try to grow project management features even further.

Really great customer support and implementation process. It was by far one of the smoothest implementation experiences we had.

The Dispatch board is great - super easy to understand and navigate around, awesome GPS capabilities. The fact that we can optimize for the best routes and technicians in the field - saves us a lot on gas, and allows us to deliver more projects in the same area per day. Really well made, feels like it was engineered for mechanical contractors doing a lot of commercial work.
