    I'm happy to know that queries are attended to promptly. There's no long waiting periods and if they say you're being transferred to person X then that person attends to your query. Unlike other service providers where you are being transferred to one person, then another, then another and your problem is not resolved

The lady introduced herself with professionalism and informed that that would be directed to the correct department. I was then referred to the person in that department; his name was provided, I was transferred, he answered and assisted me quite promptly and professionally.

    My results and final decision are only due to the nature of my customers' requirements and in no way do (my failed results) reflect in any way or shape the service nor its quality. The support team is properly a good one too I may add. Great support, excellent attitude and very customer conscience.
    I know this sounds too good as a review, but i really enjoyed working an debugging my issue with these people.

My issued ultimately failed to be resolved but this was not due to any lack of knowledge nor on any part because of BulkSMS. My conditions to work with the service we're out of the scope of what BulkSMS could provide, issue is on me, not BulkSMS.

    I am well into my 8th decade, and BulkSMS is crucial to my navigation of online security. It is how I confirm to the need for additional security codes. Recently I changed my OS ie in effect was operating from a new computer, and my bank wanted that additional assurance. But their messages didn't reach me. I contacted BulkSMS support and they investigated over a period of more than a week, and ultimately concluded that there was a wider issue that I had been affected by. The team kept me updated about their progress.
    All too often, online 'support teams' are keen to attribute blame elsewhere or fob off complaints any which way. BulkSMS are the real deal.

    My plan was to send approximately 2000 messages to my clients. This task was only completed 2 weeks !!! Later
    Extremely user unfriendly
    Had to scroll down for each phone number to add. Absolute night mare
    After arranging a conference with your staff, it was still not possible to send the messages.
    I had to ask my son in law. He had nearly a two hour conversation with your staff how to make it go.
    Last not least I had to buy more credit. I had counted the messages which I managed to send and i couldn’t have taken up all the credit which i originally paid for.
    It was very misleading between credit and messages
    Sorry but I cannot recommend your service at all. It was actually a nightmare because I had to get out the messages as quick as possible
