I was unable to identify any flaws in the product or service. After purchasing and trying it out, unfortunately, the business venture we partnered with decided to close. When I requested a refund, it was promptly considered and approved.

As a new customer and also new to APIs I was apprehensive to start using the service but there was no need to.

The platform is easy to use and it is not "rocket science".

And if you have any issue contact them.

They have a very fas customer support.

Their team helped me with a problem that has been taking me too much time and effort and energy.

But now it is solved.

AI do not sleep or get sick so it might be good to try it out.

What I needed was sorted. They have manually added my number and gave me a call to make sure it was me.

I could not add/update the phone number and the team has helped me.I needed to add my number so that I could actually start using.

There was a lot of miscommunication and delay. What I requested was simple but either I or they did not understand it.

Generally good, have got to know the platform over time, and am well-established using it now after some years.

They have a basic set of web-based functions which are useful to me, and a decent-looking API which I am confident about exploring one day. The systems have been predictable and stable in ways that matter to me for many years.

I think there might be some cheaper alternatives, but as long as I'm sending hundreds of texts and not millions, I would rather the stability of a known and trusted platform for (maybe) the sake of fractions of a penny.

That they only integrate to SMS - would have loved to use them for our WhatsApp integrations as well.

It would be great once the issue is resolved we are unable to set it up on MRI/MDA , not sure of the parameters to use.

We require assistance to set it up MRI/MDA not sure what option to make use of on MRI/MDA.

Overall experience is nine out of ten. The tool is very useful and is used extensively to enable the designed comms strategy for multiple clients/ use-cases.

Bulk SMS enables speedy comms of messages. The ability to personalize messages are critical and this really helps us to makes messages personal and deliver it on time.

At times the downstream delivery of SMS are delayed. The SMS delivery report does show failure status, but the "why" is not always clear. It's not always clear in the ZA context whether the failure is at Cellular Service Provider level or due to Cellular tower failure due to electricity blackouts.

A super useful product that is easy to use and saves me time and gets the responses that I need for my business.

When I deal with the BulkSMS Support team I always find them responsive and quick to guide me to a solution to whatever problem I might be trying to solve.

Nothing to add here. I would like to see more analytics of the messages that I have sent available, but my understanding is that this is coming.

The impression that BulkSMS is very well established in the southern African countries (where we work and need sound aggregation services) and therefore can establish the necessary services quickly and reasonably priced, was obviously wrong. It is just a hope a the moment, that after many months of waiting the basic service proposal will be stablished in the near future and will work smoothly.

The promises in the proposal of what BulkSMS will be able to do sounded very good at the beginning (last year).

Implementation is still pending after many months of patience.

Very Very Good its easy and straight to the point how their system works no complex settings or setups.
