I am well into my 8th decade, and BulkSMS is crucial to my navigation of online security. It is how I confirm to the need for additional security codes. Recently I changed my OS ie in effect was operating from a new computer, and my bank wanted that additional assurance. But their messages didn't reach me. I contacted BulkSMS support and they investigated over a period of more than a week, and ultimately concluded that there was a wider issue that I had been affected by. The team kept me updated about their progress.
All too often, online 'support teams' are keen to attribute blame elsewhere or fob off complaints any which way. BulkSMS are the real deal.

Nothing to complain of.

Their service is top tier, they responded almost instantly and they are very patient with their clients! I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

The idea of sending messages fast to my clients.

To whom it may concern

My plan was to send approximately 2000 messages to my clients. This task was only completed 2 weeks !!! Later
Extremely user unfriendly
Had to scroll down for each phone number to add. Absolute night mare
After arranging a conference with your staff, it was still not possible to send the messages.
I had to ask my son in law. He had nearly a two hour conversation with your staff how to make it go.
Last not least I had to buy more credit. I had counted the messages which I managed to send and i couldn’t have taken up all the credit which i originally paid for.
It was very misleading between credit and messages
Sorry but I cannot recommend your service at all. It was actually a nightmare because I had to get out the messages as quick as possible

I was unable to identify any flaws in the product or service. After purchasing and trying it out, unfortunately, the business venture we partnered with decided to close. When I requested a refund, it was promptly considered and approved.

As a new customer and also new to APIs I was apprehensive to start using the service but there was no need to.

The platform is easy to use and it is not "rocket science".

And if you have any issue contact them.

They have a very fas customer support.

What I needed was sorted. They have manually added my number and gave me a call to make sure it was me.

I could not add/update the phone number and the team has helped me.I needed to add my number so that I could actually start using.

There was a lot of miscommunication and delay. What I requested was simple but either I or they did not understand it.

Generally good, have got to know the platform over time, and am well-established using it now after some years.

They have a basic set of web-based functions which are useful to me, and a decent-looking API which I am confident about exploring one day. The systems have been predictable and stable in ways that matter to me for many years.

I think there might be some cheaper alternatives, but as long as I'm sending hundreds of texts and not millions, I would rather the stability of a known and trusted platform for (maybe) the sake of fractions of a penny.
