Terrible. Don't go anywhere near these crooks. They are crooks.

NOTHING. The app doesn't work at all. There is absolutely nothing about this product that is in any way valuable.

After they can you into spending 20 bucks with a bunch of five-star reviews, they request a product review. And if you select
anything less than five stars, you immediately get an error
message that says "oops!" and have to start all over again!

ByClick is the best downloader software I've tested so far. It just gets the job done in an easy, fast, and competent way. It is more than enough for me.

The software has everything you need to download or convert media. I have been downloading videos from different sites, such as YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, and so on. I have had no issues so far.

The tool just works on OS Windows. If you are searching for a download solution for macOS or Linux, ByClick is definitely not for you.

Software constantly crashes and customer service is not existent after 11 days of ignored requests to get my money back as per their money back guarantee.

The overall product rating is good, but I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the company's attitude, which removes critical reviews from their own review page on the website, and with the support department's unresponsiveness to emails. This is frequently mentioned in numerous reviews on various review platforms. They don't even respond to reports of viruses in their software or the lack of the correct and required certificates.

Easy to use, well designed application with many settings you can customize. The pricing for the premium version is ok.

In at least version v2.4.27 it appears that two important files ("ByClickDownload.exe" and "UpdateV2.exe") contain a virus named "Win.Malware.Acapulco-10012405-0". The virus is detected by virustotal.com. If the virus detection is a false positive, it is recommend contacting ClamAV and requesting that they update their software to prevent a downgrade or misrepresentation of the software. Furthermore, both files contain an outdated certificate.

Rubbish, don'y pay for premium, stay away, it has actually been down not working with fault after fault.

When it did download it was good, but its been not very often is has worked, been down more than downloading,

Been down more than it has worked, one fault after another, told everything was fixed.
They take ages to respond to you, I've sent countless messages, had 1 reply.

I have 3 unlimited licenses and none seems to work.
Support is radio silence and any attempts to reach them, turn to nothing.
Despite the fact that the program used to be a good program (thus the 3 unlimited licenses), since it stopped working and support does not exist anymore... I DO NOT and cannot recommend this program anymore.

When working, downloads the files and organizes them neatly.

Stops working without warning and support does not reply to any emails and this has been the case of at least 4 support requests in the span of one month.

Cheap, lightweight and does a decent enough job with forgivable issues. An easy solution to getting playlists worth of YT videos into your media library.

Very easy to use, automation built-in that can notice when you copy a playlist link. Settings are easy to change and it retains video titles properly.

Lack of options for customization - can't change the view at all, or expand active downloads if they include a lot of files.
Pausing and resuming can make the app crash, with a 50/50 chance your downloads will be there when you re-open the app.
Downloading and converting on the fly, even with limitations set, maxes out the destination HDD. Don't use an active drive that you might want to stream from or use in any way while this is running!

Downloading songs is great, if you get Premium you might need to follow up quite heavily with Support that your are be able to transfer your SW to another PC, unfortunately.

With a few exceptions mostly worked to download songs as MP3 Soundcloud (as well as Video from YouTube).

After moving to a new PC, I needed a new activation code (Premium Version).

I filled in (several times in the past week)

I contacted Support via email and contact form, after 1 month I finally received an new code

After I purchase this application I was able to download from Instagram and Facebook somehow now I'm not able to download the application ask me to access through Google account which I'm already in this is not right especially when we can't reach you by email

It's OK for ease of use, but with the recent failings I'm looking for something different. Hate to throw a good license away though.

Easy to use, simple design. It loads quick and updates on a regular basis. It doesn't appear to use much resources.

Two things. I have the Premium version. My videos used to download around 1Mbps, now the best they do is 70KBps. This happened within the last few months. I don't know if it's related to one of their updates. The second thing that has been happening is it says a download is complete, but the download is nowhere to be found. I have to verify my download is there and if not I have to download again. This also just started recently.

Terrible. Software without appropriate support is useless. Basic features. Amateurish. Ignorant support.

Ok when it worked. Reasonably easy to use albeit a little basic. Speed ok most of the time. Convert to MP3 useful.

Unable to change download folder. Reported to support 2 months ago. Failed to fix and now just ignore my emails. Don't waste your money on this. I have since found alternatives which are far superior.

ByClick needs to honor its offers and also respond to customer inquiries. I'm happy I paid through PayPal so they could refund my money since ByClick never bothered to respond.

I have not had ample opportunity to use the product. My feedback is based solely on ByClick's lack of customer service and deceptive marketing practices.

After the trial period, this company offered me the product that they originally were selling for $29.99, at a discount for $19.99. However, when I paid for it, they charged me the full amount. They didn't respond to my request for a $10 refund for the difference so I had to file a dispute through PayPal. They also didn't respond to PayPal but PayPal offered me the refund anyway.

Love the app.

I edit for online content creators so I need to download alot of streams, about 2 months ago ByClick stopped working. Instead of videos downloading at 4+MBps (which is what I paid for) I'm lucky if it downloads at 300KBps which is worse than what's offered for the free version... I reached out to ByClick they confirmed they knew about the issue and were "working on it" but nothing has changed. It's useless now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It's just broken now, use ANYTHING else.

Overall, when the software is working, it's great. It has stopped working several times in the past and before this last fiasco, there was someone there to talk about getting this resolved. That seems to be a thing of the past. I used to recommend this software to my friends but I'll not do that anymore under the circumstances. Once burned, always skeptical. I always have skepticism about a company that has nobody to talk to when something goes wrong. Unless they fix it for me, or help me get it fixed, I will have no faith in them again.

I loved it while it was working. Movies, videos, it downloaded them all and with quality results. It worked flawlessly but stopped working several times. The support that used to be there seems to no longer be available. Their pat forms and answers are a joke. When uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it doesn't work, something is wrong.

It stopped working, and I cannot get anyone to help me get it working again. There doesn't seem to be any support for this software. I updated it, uninstalled it, reinserted the license code, and it still does not work. I cannot download anything. I sent out several e-mails, but none of the pre-forms Website) answer forms addressed my concern or my question. "How do I get this software to download again?" I am very disappointed. You would think a company selling software would want to be available for a paying customer. I'm wondering, do they lose interest once they have your money?
