Extremely hard to use and not intuitive
Date: Jan 12 2022SummaryIf you are a really small company and you just need a little bit of applicant tracking, this won't be so tedious. But using this for anything over 3 hires a month is terrible.
PositiveNot a whole lot, it was very hard to understand where you were in the tracking system and even harder to organize information.
NegativeClunky interface with a lot of weird routing to other parts of the website. Had a hard time finding people and when they applied, didn't have any good statistics to pull.
