In summary, my experience with CEX.IO has been characterized by frustration, disappointment, and a sense of injustice.

Their treatment of my case and their use of discriminatory practices have undermined my confidence in the platform. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may encounter similar challenges.

Fancy website. Option to deposit funds using your credit/debit card. Long time on the market. That's it.

My account was blocked due to "international sanctions imposed on Russian residents." Despite my current residence and employment in a different country, my account remained subject to this block.
Throughout the past 10 months of communication with CEX.io, I endeavored to prove that I am not a resident of Russia. Their initial request for an apartment lease agreement expanded to include additional documents like an internet payment invoice, a driving license, exhaustive proofs of my current source of income (including bank statements and payslips), and even detailed explanations of the source of funds for the past three years.
Despite adhering to all their requirements, I am left in a deeply distressing situation where my funds remain blocked.

For the past two months, I have received no response from CEX.IO except for the repeated assertion that their compliance department needs more time.
It's noteworthy that even according to the EU Commission's consolidated FAQ, "assets on the accounts and/or in the services should be returned to the customer, or be converted into fiat currency or another asset category that is not subject to sanctions". However, CEX.io has chosen to unlawfully withhold my funds.

Great platform with lots of useful functions. Have to say that it's good to satisfy the needs of a new traders and professionals too. What's more they have more services like staking - so if you are just hodling your crypto, you also receive staking payouts.

Many payment options (cards, bank transfers, ewallets), quite many markets, a great mobile app, staking service, low trading fees.

Missing more payment options in mobile app (like wallets, bank transfers).

The CEX.IO is A GREAT platform for me to trade it and invest my money. I advise my friends to deal with it. 👍

I like CEX.IO for many reasons. The main is it's easy to use. Also easy to withdraw the money. In addition, it gives rewards.

It does not have many cryptocurrencies and ICO. Also too late to add new crypto.

The experience was very good. I had no problems with both buying and selling my crypto. I would recommend.

The good thing about CEX.IO is that you can start wherever you like (beginner, intermediate, advanced) - and there will be tools to help you interact with different parts of the cryptocurrency economy, be it a simple card purchase. and hold, or trade, or place bets, or borrow cryptocurrency as collateral.

Been using it for a few years now, never had any problems or issues, overall client experience is good. Also, has many crypto coin options to choose from.

High fees, bank transfer was slow, and withdrawals are expensive.

As i said, i would recommend it to everyone, best thing is you can withdraw money in many ways and it's very fast.

It's very easy to use, very understandable API, i would give it 9.5/10.. Mobile app is also very good.

Support takes max 10 days for respond, it should get better.

Compared to other services, Cex.io is easy to use, transactions are fast and everything goes smooth as possible.

There's no cons honestly, maybe someone more experienced would miss a function or two but for the average user it's perfect.

But sometimes simplicity is nice too.

Always care with every kind of personnel. They put their minds to doing the best service. If they continue in their ways, we can imagine ourselves on the top of hill of crypto world ☺️
