    Comindware tracker includes an interesting service to create project tracking factors from scratch, which allows us to focus on different work area reports, whether they are messages sent by customers or colleagues, or complaints about some kind of problem that they have and we need to solve.

    Within Comindware tracker there are templates for all kinds of processes, so that all stages of project management can be both automated and managed manually without any problems with the final results. Comindware tracker specializes in accuracy, so there are no drawbacks or errors when reporting with or without templates.

    Negative

    Comindware tracker provides a somewhat low administrative range of workflow, which is demonstrated due to the poor usability of this graphical manager from its access on mobile devices. The API does not integrate with enough popular web services, which makes us much more dependent on Comindware tracker.
