I use CXT on a daily basis. I've been using CXT for about 5 years now as a medical courier and my overall experience has been 10/10 . It's very easy to use and very reliable.

I like everything about the app. It works well, never had any problems. Easy to navigate and accurate.

I have 0 complaints about CXT app. Except for the occasional logging me off , which only happened about twice in 5 years.

Overall, CXT Software is a solid option for me as a courier and route user, its also friendly to use and feature-rich..

One of the standout aspects of CXT Software is its ease of use. I find it intuitive, and the range of features, from route optimization to real-time tracking, contributes to a more organized and effective delivery process when I'm on the road.

No offline capabilities for areas with poor internet connectivity would also be valuable.

This is a great courier software in my opinion it is the best. in the 3 years of using the software. only once did it go down and CXT had it up and running in 5 minutes. My experience with previous software that would be down at least half the day. If you are in the on demand courier business then you know how important is to have a software the runs with out glitches.

Our company uses the on demand software to transport surgical devices. CXT was the only Courier software I could find that you could attach multiple photos so our drivers can view what they pick up. This was a game changer for us. It made our drivers error margin drop considerably. Our customers enter their order on a customizable website from their mobile device and then attach a photo, Super easy. I have been in the courier business for 20 years as a dispatcher/owner this software has many useful features the can be easily customizable. I was also impressed by the customer service. When we switched software cxt had us take some online courses before we went live. This made the transition really smooth. Even better the first week we were live a rep from cxt was on a live zoom meeting for a week during our business hours. all we had do is unmute and our questions where answered. On the driver end they have a great feature called driver input. I can make sure each delivery or pick I can put special instructions and the driver has to enter a answer. This helps with making sure the delivery is accurate.

The GPS is not always accurate it sometimes lags on driver location

I like CXT because they can I manage my time and because is 24/7 is easy because I have other platforms and easy for me

Calling when I’m sleeping I sometimes they call when I’m sleeping I need to take care of myself because driving have to focus on road

Very helpful for the industry. I have learned to use the app very efficiently both driving and moreso as a dispatcher. I appreciate having the access to such an intuitive and helpful application to my business.

The program allows admin to set up an array of different options to work for their company. I have used the app as a driver and dispatcher. It has improved over the years and is the standard for most courier companies in the metro Phoenix area. It is comprehensive and versatile.

An option to see what a driver pay is, on the driver side of the app. Better user interface wouldn't hurt

I can fly through my route with this app. It's a pleasure to use and works perfectly for what we need it to do.

The app helps me get my work done quickly and efficiently. It's easy to use and I have not had any issues with it glitching or not working.

Prior versions of the app were not the greatest but it was recently updated and now it works very well.

Overall, we have been very happy with the software. The training was extensive to use it and everyone has been a pleasure to work with. CXT may not be the cheapest logistical software solution, but they certainly are the most dynamic and professional company we have used for our dispatching needs so far.

CXT is a powerful scheduling software. Once the route plans have been set up, it allows us to dispatch to our drivers in a more efficient way. It also shows us when a driver is running late, or where they are along the route so we can communicate better with our clients. Clients have also appreciated the notifications they receive, along with any photos or signatures they require us to capture during the delivery process.
The speed to which we receive a response from the help desk has also been incredible. Even if they don't have an immediate solution, they respond to let us know it is being reviewed for further assistance.

The on-demand routing is not user friendly for routes that start at the same origin and have multiple stops along the way. We price from the starting point to the ending point in those cases and have to always go back an manually adjust each leg of the route because CXT creates them as individual runs instead of one continuous route. For as robust as the software it, this is a feature that seems like it should be a basic fix but we are told it is not.
Another feature we have never been able to get to work properly has been the visual dashboard. It looks like a feature we could benefit from, but whenever it is clicked on, it does not display properly and when it has, the tabs have never worked.

Comprehensive suite, covering most of our major needs. The ability to adapt the compiled product to match unusual needs and scenarios.

The ease of use, searching for past customer orders. Order duplications, routing options, customizable features and the CXT University really helps. X Dispatch Shortcuts are a nice feature as well.

Would be nice to be able to customize and bold or highlight certain categories in the X Dispatch screen (ex. like customer #, Origin/Destination Name).

I am more than pleased with the support you receive and the functionality of the software it self. The team at CXT are very knowledgeable and well versed in the delivery business.

At First we found that this software had much more capability the we needed, but as we grew and diversified it covered all our needs.

It has a lots of capability and training take time. No warehousing module.

Call in, and you get a person - immediately. That's better than 90% of the services out there, from the get go.

Not really a con: if they don't know, they pull tell you they'll get more research and get back to you.

We used CXT for 15+ years as our primary operating system. Having a finance background, the reporting side specific to customer sales revenue, gross profit, on-time performance, IC commission, etc. etc., made it very easy to evaluate our business, provide metric reporting to our people, invoice our customers, and pay our contractors.

We have been with CXT for over 20 years. Not out of loyalty, but because they are the best. I am constantly on the lookout for something better. There is always a competitor nipping at their heels. But in the end, because CXT is so attentive to our needs, and constantly improving the product to take advantage of the newest technology, I don't see us switching anytime soon.

CXT Listens to their customers wants and needs then continually improves and adapts the product to fulfill those wants and needs. Unlike other logistics software, CXT's XDispatch does everything you need to run your company. We use it for everything from order management, to dispatching, to HR, CRM, billing, compliance, communications. It does everything we need, and more.

If I could have anything, I could only wish for tomorrow's upgraded version today! The next upgrade is never available RIGHT NOW! I want it NOW!!!
My only real complaint I guess, is that they stopped having an annual User's Conference. I really enjoyed it, it was very informative and a great networking opportunity. I hope they will start it back up when this stupid pandemic is under control!
