    Not ONLY is the software glitchy, their customer service is lacking

    Summary

    I subscribe when it was new new, before the most similar software was Jasper at the time. I had the $90 a month plan. Then they created a more advanced plan and charged a ridiculous price for it. They wouldn't grandfather their customers who started with them. Then my plan started getting real glitchy and that's the excuse they gave for the uber expensive plan that was like $129 for just 4 credits per month. THey now reduced their expensive plan to $99 a month and guess what, still no acknowledgement of long term, ride or die customers. This company is going the way of Sprint. Subscribing to their software is a trap. Once you have you episodes saved to their server, it's hard to walk away. There's nothing Capsho can do that other, budget friendly software can't do as good or better.

    The features are useful and easy to use. You don't need a tour or training to learn to use the software.

    Negative

    The software is too glitchy. The are the most expensive software in this category. They're customer service sucks. they don't get back to you right away. In fact it takes customer service over 24 hrs to respond to your inquiry. They do not acknowledge their loyal customers, those who have been with them since they started. It has taken a number of days for them to fix their software.
