Easy to Use CRM
Date: May 22 2020SummaryThis CRM is an excellent tool for a small-medium sized company as it covers most basic tasks accomplished by a CRM software. The price point is hard to beat, however the there are less feature, so it's true to say you get what you pay for.
PositiveThis CRM is a very user friendly and easy software to learn. One of the best features is the feature called "tracks" that helps in setting up a path or flow of tasks to be done while working on a lead. It also offers good integration support. Also it is fairly inexpensive.
NegativeThe UI is pretty basic and doesn't have all the features you might be used to seeing on more complex (and more expensive) CRMs, for instances there is no live-chat feature.
