With it being able to do so much more, running service tickets and roof inspections are a dream now!PositiveWe like the ease of use, there wasn’t much of a learning curve.
We really like the service part of it. Especially the time tracking and also the service report that is attached to the invoices.NegativeThere not much to complain about! I guess maybe the invoicing could be improved a little bit. It would be nice to be able to download a material list and the repair library could be updated so we could have labor and materials breakdown for each repair.

PositiveGreat team to work with! We switched our system to CenterPoint in July and while it has been a learning curve for our team, everyone at CenterPoint has been wonderful. They answer all of our questions, walk us through the best way to do things and have helped streamline our day to day activities in the office. Dylan has been working with us and training us how to use their system. They aren't the type of company to onboard you and let you figure it out yourself, they are with you the entire way.
NegativeThere isn't much we don't like, as if we suggest something to change the team is very positive and usually take it into consideration - they are all about making the best platform for all users.
