With the ability to operate across desktop, mobile and hard-copy (pen and paper) formats they have all sources covered.

    Good software that has improved our auditing processes. It has allowed us to strengthen our auditing program and reduced the time spent completing an audit.

    Positive

    Creating checklists are easy to create and complete. The administrative functions to allow users restricted access is also easy to use and allows for lots of options. I watched a 20 minute webinar about creating checklists and was reasonably trained to create a basic checklist.

    Some of the functions our company requires are not available however Certainty attempts to develop it to our needs when possible.
