    If they make this more ease to understand for users, then this might be the current best.
    I'm just reviewing because i'm a developer and using their free version for the last 7-8 months.

    I liked the features that distinguish this from others.. I just use free version on my portfolio website. It's mainly to showoff.. I have regular clients visits my portfolio. and some of them praised for the agent.

    The biggest feature is i can see the customer sending message from which city he/she belongs.


    I also tried Chatbase, it's not bad. But i needed something that feels more customizable more unique and better free tier. beside there is lots of features you can train to you AI agent that chatbase not even thought yet..
