Chrome Remote Desktop is an excellent service to connect remotely with any computer, one of the main things I like about this platform is the video quality, also, despite having a much higher video quality than other platforms, it does not consume a lot of resources of the computer when it works, another thing that I like about this platform is that you can transfer all kinds of files quite quickly, no matter how many files you are transmitting simultaneously, equally the transfer of files from each connection remote is pretty fast. Lastly, I also loved that during each life when you can interact with the other person who is on the other computer through a camera, you can activate the camera whenever you want, you can also talk to that person through an audio stream, plus methods of communication are quite effective and stable at all times. I loved the whole platform, it's pretty smooth and comes installed on Chrome OS computers.

It has never presented any type of failure with this platform, I have no complaints because it has behaved excellently at all times, in addition, to use it you do not have to pay additional fees, you only have to pay additional fees if you want to access much more complete functions that optimize the experience of the remote connection. I loved the entire platform, I was really impressed with its effectiveness in the work area, it is also impressive how this platform does not have any kind of flaws, its relatively low consumption and it can make a remote connection without the need to share your address network.

Overall Chrome Remote Desktop does exactly what it should. It allows for you to access your desktop from another computer remotely.

While sharing video screen on remote desktop the audio lags are observed at times.

I've used Chrome Remote Desktop primarily to provide "tech support" for family members and to configure/access remote resources that are inaccessible locally. For example - My parents were having issues with their voip phone system. I was able to connect, troubleshoot and remotely reboot the device from 800 miles away. I'm not sure it is sufficiently feature packed to be used in a commercial setting. The application is also running in the background of Chrome so uses system resources (like most addons).

Google remote desktop is very easy and simple application to remotely access our systems or get support from our IT staff or friends by allowing access to them. We can easily access our desktop from any where with any device by using Chrome Remote Desktop.

Sometime lags between the host and guest devices are experienced while using chrome remote desktop.

Chrome Remote Desktop by Google was a very good remote desktop access tool. It used to work flawlessly.
But recent experiences with this app have been worse. Google almost forgot about its existence that they never cared to resolve the bugs with an update.

Chrome Remote Desktop is very simple and easy to setup. The performance and stability of the connection are very good as compared to the industry standard. The best thing is that it's free of cost. It supports file transfer but the feature is very laggy. Copy-paste from source to the controlled system is not possible.

Overall my experience is very good, I would recommend the application to anyone considering the cost aspect.
