Overall Churchteams is a great church management platform. It offers a lot of features and has great support. There may be a few interface navigation issues but overall it is easy to use.

It is a good price for how much you get. There are a lot of resources available for tracking and groups. The support is great, honestly their best feature.

The interface can be difficult to navigate at times. Especially for those not tech savvy. Wish they had login options for members to use so they can maintain their own information. Right now you have to send them a link for them to edit their information.

We love Churchteams and it has been such a blessing to our church; our staff, leaders and members!

I love that everything is all in one one place for all of our leaders to see. It makes it so easy to email, text or collect reports within groups as well as create sign-ups. It has improved our connection with our congregation and simplified our database of all of our members.

I only have 2 complaints: That emails we send thru Churchteams would convert/post onto our social media.
That giving thru Churchteams was less expensive so we could use that as well.

Churchteams has been a great simple inexpensive program. From registration to check in to offering.

Churchteams is powerful, easy to use, and they have great customer service! And, they do it all for an affordable price.

None. Churchteams is a great Church Management System for any size church.

It is worth the money and more that we pay for it. We have been using ChurchTeams for over five years now. When compared to other programs apples to apples, feature for feature I believe it is away ahead of the game.

Additionally they take seriously the interests and thoughts of their clientele. They pray for their customers and I believe they are a ministry first.

The cloud is flawless. Anywhere, anytime access is the standard of the age now and ChurchTeams was ahead of the curve.

The ability to communicate to and from church using your church office number is awesome. You can use this feature to send emergency prayer requests, register for both events and small groups, give, and pretty much anything you can think of.

The mass personalized email feature is incredible along with being able to create great designs with ease.

The workflow feature is a game changer for follow up and follow through. It is an automated process which you design including emails and text messages and the ability to add to groups etc.

Finally, customer service is second to none including a Facebook group where the founder often interacts with the users.

I wish they had an app. The mobile website is mostly fine but leaves a bit to be desired especially when emailing from your phone.

The UI had been markedly improved but is still a bit clunky when compared to Planning Center. This leads some to feel the program is more complicated than it actually is.

Excellent. We're thrilled with Churchteams. We've been using it for about a year and a half now, and I still get compliments from our staff all the time on what a good program it is.

Churchteams is very easy to learn and use, but totally comprehensive, meeting all our needs -- groups, registrations, check-in and attendance, follow-up and workflows, and giving. We were looking for something to replace our previous ChMS and were shopping for a text-to-give solution, and Churchteams checked all the boxes and then some without being overly complicated, all for a great price. They worked closely with us throughout the data import and transition to make sure our experience was as seamless as possible. The support team is not only very responsive, but also very proactive if issues arise. The Churchteams team understands ministry and church operations, so it genuinely feels like we're all part of the same team.

Honestly the only hang up is speed. We're a big church and have a LOT of records, so reports especially take a little time to generate, but really it's a small trade-off for all the benefits.

My overall experience with Churchteams has been very positive. I’ve gotten help whenever I’ve needed it—I think the options for support are far above and beyond what I would expect.

I love almost everything about using Churchteams to manage my church’s small groups. The support is fantastic, the ability for me to create reports and access information is great, and I love the communication options and workflows, as well.

The user interface isn’t as attractive and intuitive as it could be, and sometimes I’d like more if/then-type options in workflows.

I would like to see a modern interaction like push pay. But so far I love this software a lot. Thank you Churchteams.

Very good price, a lot resources, excellent support, I like the fact that creators are always ready to improve. I see that they really love what they are doing.

Design just ok, add and setup to-text not easy to use.

My overall experience with ChurchTeams has been wonderful. They have several videos to watch on their Knowledge Base page if you were to need additional information with a particular feature.

ChurchTeams is SO easy. I take care of getting all contributions scanned and entered into the system. Literally, a few clicks is all that is needed for everything to be processed. Once all information is entered there are a few different reports to look at.
Entering people/families is super easy as well. When the need arises to merge someone or move adult children into their own household, the process couldn’t be easier.
We have went from using several different softwares to only using ChurchTeams! You will be very happy with them.

Anytime we need something changed/fixed one of ChurchTeams support staff takes care of it for us. If we have a problem they create a solution or help us find a way to accomplish what we need. The only con I can think of is that ChurchTeams doesn’t offer a “module” for bookkeeping.

Churchteams has been a game changer for our church. We had been with a competitor for over 20 years. Our staff really bought into the ease of Churchteams and the intuitive interface. Their reporting interface is extremely powerful and their workflows solution has allowed us to automate many tasks that used to take hours each week to complete. Text-to-Church has tremendously helped us improve communication with our congregation and text-based check-in has allowed us to have a touchless check-in option which is extremely beneficial with all of the changes due to COVID restrictions.

Churchteams is a powerful church management platform that is always evolving. The development team listens to their user base and keeps up with the trends in church management software to keep Churchteams as a top tier solution for mega churches to the smaller rural church. Their pricing structure makes it one of the most economical solutions on the market. Churchteams support is the best in the business!

In all honestly, no cons come to mind. When we run into opportunities we contact support and they work with development to help us come up with work arounds until the developers can implement a permanent solution.

This has been a very helpful and effective system. There's no limit to what we're able to do. We have used it in almost every aspect of our ministry, and have yet to be disappointed.

The system is amazing! Every time we've had an issue, the response time has been so fast and efficient.

I haven't found anything that I do not like about it.

Very helpful for what we do. Need a user friendly form, good database system with customizable options for user profiles. There are a few things I wish it had, but overall, it’s been very helpful.

Seems to be built with churches in mind. Customizable. Like the spreadsheet view for looking at peoples info.

Wish it had a better appearance and the learning curve was easier.
