When I wanted to cancel my subscription there is no place on the website to cancel subscription and from a 7-day FREE trial it turns into an annual subscription that I did not apply for, without any way to cancel. They just continue indefinitely to bill me.

None - It is a total waste of time, do not subscribe - The result of the 1st video on my 7-day trial was bad! the man on the video had his head turned backwards and there was no way to correct. When I wanted to cancel there is no place to cancel subscription and from a 7-day FREE trial it turns into an annual subscription that I did not apply for, without any way to cancel. I received no notification email prior to charges, nor any invoices. The portal also contains no records of payment. And their support is stubborn and after multiple messages has still not sent any email notifications.

Horrible. They are the worst ai program I have ever seen, I use ai for all kinds of things and I have never seen a company who has such horrible products. The customer service is garbage and incompetence.

I have never seen worse AI in my life. It has no pros at all. I’m sorry it is just horrible. The software is glitchy and can barely come up with viable ideas that you give it.

Everything from their customer service to the product. They have refused to cancel my account and will continue to charge me on month 2 of this game with them. It was garbage to begin with but add the horrible experience on top of it. I hope this company goes belly up.

I signed up for CinemaFlow.ai but immediately encountered a serious issue. On the very first day of my subscription, I tried to cancel using their self-service user panel, but the system consistently throws an error:

"The service Stripe API 2 - Cancel all subscriptions - API Call just returned an error (HTTP 404)."

Since then, I’ve been unable to cancel my subscription and I’ve reached out to their customer support for help, but I’ve received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating not to have a functioning cancellation process, and their lack of communication is alarming.

This makes me feel trapped in a service I no longer want to use, and I’m not sure what else I can do to resolve the situation. For anyone considering using CinemaFlow.ai, I would strongly advise caution. Their platform appears buggy, and their customer support is practically non-existent.

Until they fix these issues, I would highly recommend looking for alternatives. Signing up for this service might end up being a bigger headache than it’s worth!

Major issue with subscription cancellation. The self-service panel returns errors, and customer support is unresponsive, leaving users stuck with active subscriptions.

Although the video quality is high. the output does not follow input text. The segments are too short at 5sec so its not really usable to produce commercial output. Its incomplete software that is either a scam or close to it. Do not download.

High quality output. Reasonably fast, five minute generates a 5sec video. Easy to produce high quality videos from simple text input.

No editing feature available although this is promised.
No help files, information or tutorials that are of any use.
Inability to use reference images.
