Our company faced challenges with the previous software, leading us to switch to Webex. It turned out to be a wise choice due to its professional, clean interface. Webex offers superior audio and video quality, enhancing the fluidity of our meetings. The crucial feature of end-to-end encryption ensures the security of our projects and sensitive data. Additionally, it offers convenient cloud access to recorded meetings and allows for customization, including password protection and waiting rooms for added security.

It boasts a user-friendly interface, accommodating a large number of participants and offering session recording capabilities. An added advantage is the option to join sessions via phone dial-in, even for audio-only access without the need for additional software. Its seamless integration with other Christ solutions and support for various video conferencing devices make it an incredibly versatile application.

While it offers many advantages, one potential drawback is the pricing. When compared to alternatives like Zoom, it may appear slightly higher. Nevertheless, for medium to large companies, volume purchases can offset this cost.

I really loved how Cisco Webex gives me an uninterrupted experience every time I attend meetings. Its multi-platform compatibility gives the freedom to join meetings on different OS platforms. Overall, I highly suggest Cisco Webex if you want an uninterrupted experience.

Cisco Webex has endless possibilities for meetings. You can share insights, chat with coworkers and host during meetings. Its raise-hand feature is very handy. The best thing is, that sign-up is not compulsory, you can also attend directly using the meeting invite link.

Every issue I faced in past has been resolved in the new update. Now no con.

The overall experience has been great. Phone works smoothly as described. Calls are clear and the experience is real.

The phone system is very good. Easy app installation allows you to make and receive calls directly onto your mobile with ease. This system allows you to have multiple numbers going at one time. For a small business operator this is great.

The login in has some complications but this is easily overlooked by the smooth functionality of the main phone.

Cisco Webex is best for webinars. I have attended several webinars on different platforms (Zoom, Join me, Bluejeans) but Cisco Webex gave me the best seamless experience on both windows and iOS platforms. The ability to mute the mic and camera helps to increase privacy.

The user interface is appealing and easy to adopt. Its calendar integration with Google and Microsoft is very useful. It helps to get meeting reminders.

Using Webex meetings to conduct conferences, lectures and of course for personal gatherings. During lectures, the Hand Raising feature helps a lot to avoid a lot of disturbances. Polling and Q&A feature is also available. It's easy to monitor participants' activity. We can also go to breakout rooms for small discussions. Animated emojis such as the thumbs-up option are also there. Simple and interactive user interface. We can have an unlimited number of meetings. Overall really good application.

During this pandemic situation, Webex meetings brought a large relief to our life. It's really easy to communicate with colleagues, conduct business meetings, conduct lectures for newbies and so on. Compared to its competitors we don't have to go for a separate integration for taking attendance. Calendar Management was so easy. Before the scheduled time we will get Alerts/Notifications. The mobile app is also available. We can ask doubts using the hand rise feature. Screen Sharing and Recording can be done easily. A virtual whiteboard is also available, which we can use in need. Overall great tool for conferences.

Nothing so far. The free version is not suitable for large meetings. Users can enter without proper email verification, this may lead to misuse of the conference room. The app also needs more quality backgrounds to make it more appealing. Recordings are saved in a proprietary format. Apart from this everything is good and happy with the product.

Overall this is a great product. I use it daily to communicate with other team members. This is vital to our daily work.

While my team at work uses Jabber for day to day chat , whenever we have a meeting or conference call especially with other stakeholders (which may be out of team/org) Webex is the go-to solution. The reason being it is an all in one solution with excellent connectivity and content sharing features.

No cons, the updates to interface and features over past couple of years has once again brought it at top of communication apps.

It is very efficient at the time of keeping in touch with customers, it provides us with several methods of communication to be in contact with them, allowing us to share documents in real time or simply share the file in the same video call, it is very easy to use. The platform allows us to make conferences in real time with our consultants and customers anywhere in the world, which is essential to meet their needs, all from the comfort of our homes, so we can share from the server files or presentations during the call thus obtaining a better result of efficiency and quality.

This software provides us with group video calls to make our work conferences from anywhere, either from our servers or mobile devices, gives us a local phone number in another country or region to carry out the calls of our customers, our company likes to have our customers at our fingertips to be always in touch with them.

The capacity of people within the conference is very limited as well as the duration of the files sent within the chat, after a while they are deleted causing some inconveniences for the company, if the connection is not fluid or stable the software decreases its video and audio quality making difficult the conference with the client when this happens it decreases the efficiency and effectiveness.

We were able to share a large amount of files with our clients with a speed that no other program can match. The experience is great when talking about Cisco WebEx, incredible interaction with the market. Despite the discontinued use of the UCF format it is still possible to recommend this tool, it is a great viable solution. Although it is quite useful to access from any web device.

It has the facility to save slides in PDF format for when we have to present to our customers any update through a document. In part its design is spacious, pleasing to the eye and has a very interactive participation based on the client and the consultant. We need the UCF format to come back, we had migrated from another platform to Cisco WebEx, but after a while the UCF format stopped working. We also need to integrate visual compatibility with the sharing of some documents.

We were able to attend schedule and record all meetings from a remote server, which helped us to reach more people when our consultants were not online to be able to give the meeting, we only had to play the video and that if you see the magic.

From any device is very easy integration to each meeting with a simple click. there is total synchronization between the mobile version and the web version there is no interference between one and the other if any attendee is connected from any option. one of the biggest advantages that has Cisco see record and save all meetings for reuse in the future.

Sometimes the quality of video and audio is very low because this program has a low bandwidth consumption integration which generates us not to be able to give the customer the best quality but what the program allows us the moment. This also affects when we try to share images we need to share clearer images to our customers.

Cisco WebEx provided us with a really reliable platform and gave us the best platform for simultaneous collaboration with the consultant and the client. We were also able to maintain a relationship with the meetings quickly giving each customer great quality training from wherever they were. We recommend Cisco WebEx because it is an excellent application and we only needed a single installation, which like other similar software sometimes needed to be deleted and reinstalled. For enterprise customers Cisco is the best choice.

As a main feature we can highlight the quality of audio and video that Cisco WebEx has, it has an excellent integration maintaining the quality when you have a relatively low bandwidth in the company. Cisco WebEx is fast, gives us the option to be always active, is extremely efficient and is very easy to use.

There are very few cons that Cisco WebEx has, but we highlight in this section that we need an alternative productivity tool if we want to integrate with Microsoft Office or any of its sub tools. Reviewing the prices on the market we realize that it is a bit expensive compared to what is offered with other programs. We also need a different Cisco WebEx software if we want to leverage individual training, customer support and company events.

Because our company's overall ability to work in a group with the screen sharing option has improved so much, Cisco WebEx becomes a fully recommended software for conducting stream sessions, which will undoubtedly be reliable and have a completely optimal video quality to work with.

The video calls we can make with Cisco WebEx are reliable because they can be configured in various alert levels, depending on the privacy settings we decide to apply to know exactly which employees will be able to access the data of each session we make, so it is easy to detect intrusions.

The Cisco WebEx platform is very slow to update the connection of each employee who decides to join the meetings, which makes it not fully possible and verifiable to review live who are the employees who are still inside the session, which can be a problem when working with group screen sharing.

Solid tool but much to be desired when it comes to new features like live transcripts, screen sharing etc.

Few times it stops responding while joining the room.

We recommend it for running streams, and for running screen-sharing sessions so that all attendees can see in excellent video quality what is going on behind the work of the meeting organizer or a delegate.

Cisco WebEx calls can be configured under different alert levels, and can be easily adapted to privacy settings that show which people will or will not be able to see the information stipulated on the screens during each session.

Cisco WebEx is slow to update the status of each person within meetings, so it is not possible to know in real time which people are still connected to the screen sharing session or chat until after a few seconds.

Overall best for small meetings and conferences, not suitable for a large meeting. I hope they will improve that but apart from that everything works fine for me.

This is one of the popular software that companies are using right now to host their conferences or meeting with people out of their companies. But there are many things which need to be improved. Apart from that, it has a spotless user interface and is very much secure. It is also cross-platform, and you can listen to the meetings using your mobile by calling on the meeting number.

The con associated with this is that it cannot handle large meetings. Recently I was in a meeting, and there were around more than 700 participants, and the meeting was crashing. There was no sound, no video, and the app was restarting. This was the problem with not only me but also the other participants who were also facing the same issue.
