It's been fantastic. My whole team loves it. It has allowed us to stay in touch and keep track of important items even when we are working from home.

It is amazing how easy it is to set up or join meetings. Since the COVID outbreak we switched to having virtual video team meetings and we used Webex for that. It syncs with my Outlook calendar which means I was able to keep track of any up coming meetings. It is also really easy for people to join in our meetings, their desktop app works great even for some of our team members who are working with a slow speed internet.

I love the outlook integration but I wish it integrated with more tools. Some more options to automate calls and meetings depending on other softwares would have been nice.

Cisco Webex is a cool software that works cross-platform, is full of interactive features, and has a nice, clean interface that makes meetings and conferences a hassle-free experience.

It has a clean, modern interface, and is easy to navigate. The poll feature and raise hand feature are all useful, especially for seminars and presentations. The screen sharing feature is hassle-free. Audio and video quality is great, and I love that you can message participants individually; a feature many competitor apps lack.

The only con I can think of is that the app isn't very popular. You sometimes have to convince people to download the software to conduct a meeting, which can be tricky. It can also feel a bit overpriced, considering the free version itself is full of features.

Cisco Webex is a reliable conferencing tool which works great for both simple one to one or large scale conference calls. Despite newer tools on market like Microsoft Teams, it still holds its ground as a reliable & effective communications app.

Highly recommended. I liked this software, especially on the mobile platform. It offers plenty of features to enjoy video conferencing. The best about this tool is it provides the same secure encryption also in a free plan, unlike others.

Cisco Webex has the great capability that ensures easy to host mass member meetings in cross platforms. I liked its video and clean user interface. It's very easy-to-use and offers the best features for video meetings.

Cisco Webex is an incredible tool for your day-to-day video meetings. I liked the ease of getting attended to meeting from my mobile device. Overall, I loved this tool.

It sets up really very fast, because of its super intuitive interface. Its interface is visually beautiful. The best thing about Cisco Webex is its high definition video as well as audio quality in the free plan. From setting up to attending meetings everything was fun and seamless.

Just a few minor cons I had. Overall it's a great tool.

There are lots of online meeting tool available in the market but Cisco Webex turns to be my favourite. With Cisco Webex, you participate in meetings in one single click. It provides rich video meeting spot to connect with your team.

If your computer hard drive has enough space maybe just don't delete the app once you finally get it installed, since it is a major pain to reinstall. My laptop isn't even old or outdated so really there's no excuse for such a terrible installation experience.

It works pretty well and has good enough security that major banks trust it for setting up virtual appointments, and is obviously used a lot internally by big companies too.

So there's supposed to be a browser, join by browser instead of launching the app option, but it's not really accessible because the first thing that happens is it'll try to make you download the installer, and once you do that, it hangs up when trying to install, then it'll try to insist on launching the app instead of even offering the ability to join via browser. So there's that.

Cisco Webex is an excellent solution for remote learning and meetings. Definitely recommend this to workplaces and schools.

The unique meeting codes are quite good for security and makes it less likely that unwanted visitors will join.
It allows the webcam and audio device used to be changed, which is excellent for people with multiple webcams and microphones.
Screen sharing is available, which is for sharing the screen to the other people in the call. This is quite useful for showing presentations and videos.

Username displayed incorrectly in the calls, even with countless uninstalls.

Overall, I would recommend Cisco Webex as an acceptable meeting app on desktop, but I’d suggest avoiding it on mobile devices until its richer in essential features.

Webex’s interface provided just enough to not be too complicated to use. The camera and microphone buttons were placed as expected, and they were easily accessed by the room’s host every time. The ability to mute or turn on the participants’ microphones is a big plus, although there should be a clearer indication of whose microphones are turned on.

The mobile version of the software is lacking in features, especially the volume control the desktop version includes. If the presenter plays a video for the participants to watch, there’s no way to lower or increase the volume of it for mobile participants, something that definitely caused some discrepancies quite a few times.

The lag is a big factor in my experience and subsequent review. Many times, some participants’ cameras and audio completely froze, rendering the meeting a frustrating experience tech wise.

I'm using the Cisco Webex to attend conferences with coworkers and colleagues. The application is intuitive and enables a collaborative place to attend meetings.

Cisco webex provides plenty of features to make cloud meetings seamless.

- Collaborative interaction with attendees.

The calendar integration is not reliable in my experience.
