    Summary

    Screen Time on my son's Mac helps, but it's missing some features I need. With Appcrypt, I can set up more flexible and complete restrictions, and it works better for us.

    There are a lot of things I like about this app, like category blocking, keyword blocking, and allowlist. My favorite is the scheduling feature, which lets me set specific times when my 13-year-old can use certain websites.

    An app actually blocks websites with password protection. No password required, no settings to change. Furthermore, it can set time limits for each day, for example, blocking youtube.com between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. It's so flexible.

    The app uses password protection to effectively block websites. My mother set the password, so I simply can't bypass the lock. I tried to access YouTube, but luckily it failed. It helps me a lot. I have more concentration when reading.

    No monthly or weekly statistics. It's better for me if the app provides an overview of how much time I block YouTube each week.
