CityCAD Integrations

CityCAD Viewer is a free application that enables users to access and navigate URB-format models created with CityCAD. There are no associated fees, and no registration or activation is required for use. Although the app does not permit the creation or modification of physical features like streets or buildings, it does allow users to modify assumptions on costs, values, sustainability metrics, and other relevant land use parameters. This tool was specifically designed to assist CityCAD users in sharing their urban models with colleagues, clients, and various stakeholders, thereby fostering improved collaboration on urban planning projects. Users can open, explore, and save CityCAD models, and they can select model elements to view detailed information about each one. Moreover, it facilitates changes in the grouping or phase of urban model elements and provides access to all city analysis panels, with the exception of the 'advisor' tab and advanced appraisal features. Users also have the capability to add and modify basic costs and values associated with elements, export images, reports, data, and KML files, along with obtaining information from an online database, making it a highly versatile resource for urban planning experts.
