Onboarding has been fairly easy
Just paying for the functions we need. For instance, we are an IB school and use Managebac so don't need the academics module
The price is very competitive especially as we are just paying for the modules we need.
Because of the flexibility and the functionality provided within the modules, we should be able to streamline our systems for instance using the Classter Library module instead of our current system, separate PTC conferencing software won't be needed.NegativeNot sure yet, we haven't been using it long enough to comment fairly on this.

Very impressed overall.PositiveI appreciated that the Classter team really listened to the needs of CLLC. There wasn't a one-stop-shop methodology for how they treat their customers. It was an individualized approach. This meant long and thoughtful discussion about issues and how they could be overcome. Classter has tried extremely hard to meet all of CLLC's expectations.
NegativeNot so much about Classter, but just learning another system takes time. I'm happy to say that the Classter team has been there to provide support as needed along the way.
