What is Claude Opus 5.2?
Claude Opus 5.2 is an anticipated upcoming Anthropic model expected to provide an incremental upgrade to the Claude Opus 5 generation. Anthropic has not yet officially announced the model or published confirmed information about its release date, pricing, API name, context window, benchmarks, or other technical specifications. Claude Opus 5 currently serves as Anthropic’s strongest active Opus model and is designed for long-running agents, software engineering, computer use, scientific analysis, professional knowledge work, and complex problem-solving.
