What is ClawTab?
ClawTab manages the oversight of Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and shell tasks across persistent tmux sessions. An independent daemon efficiently handles scheduling, monitors the status of agents, assigns task labels, identifies inquiries, dispatches alerts, and sustains remote connections, all while the desktop application remains dormant. Users can seamlessly manage agents through terminal tools, the tmux plugin, or the macOS desktop app. Live sessions can also be accessed from an iPhone, iPad, or any web browser, facilitating real-time tracking of output, responding to questions, and initiating tasks on a Mac or linked Linux system. All applications and local tools come at no cost and are licensed under the MIT license, allowing for self-hosting of the relay without any fees or the option to use the hosted Remote service for a monthly subscription of $4.99. Furthermore, the capability to operate across multiple devices significantly boosts productivity by ensuring continuous connectivity to your work, making it easier to transition between devices without losing momentum.
