I have been with CleanCloud for years now and would not think of switching to another platform. I have tried others and I am totally satisfied with CleanCloud.

There are many many software out their but are very convoluted and complicated, CleanCloud takes all guess work out of operation, easy for new staff to use and the plus only relevant information. It is not bogged down with applications that are useless.

There just one thing I don’t like and it can be frustrating is from my phone some of the features doesn’t work properly as do from a laptop or computer.

I’ve fell in love with how user friendly the software is from day one. Mg employees loved it sooo much more than what we had previously. Previous to CleanCloud, we were using Cents and CleanCloud was such a breath of fresh air.

With he ability to customise more it would be a great system. We spent a lot of money on the app and can't word it the way we want.

Workflow method thought is great but needs more flexibility

Overall would recommend this product but there is scope for more features going into the future, I like the door dash integration but its expensive for most customers, we did try it but didn't work for our market.

Great software with ease of use and great customer service, It's great that they can let us use our own hardware and POS system which significantly brings the overall setup cost down. my customers love the text feature of this software.

They have increased the pricing by almost 30% in the last 2 years and have not been able to add new features as needed, still lack the optional tip amount to be added for wash-n-fold by a customer while checking out. I hope they let us use our own credit card merchant because the merchant they use currently is charging higher processing costs than the overall market.

Ten Ten can’t get better than CleanCloud.

Without CleanCloud we would not be able to move with the times.

Tbh what’s there not to like about CleanCloud? It’s has every feature you can think of and it’s so user friendly from ok set up to daily usage we can hire a new staff and they’ll be an expert in 2 days without trying as it’s very self explanatory.

The pick and drop with self branded app has really helped us scale MyLaundress and with ongoing new features it’s always helping us grow.

I genuinely don’t have anything bad to say apart from extra support should be provided to help MyLaundress scale and maybe more marketing features.

We have tried a number of POS systems over the last 15 years, mainly trying to adapt from Dry Cleaner software.
We went to CleanCloud on the recommendation of another user to streamline our Pick-up and Delivery service.
We have found CleanCloud suits our business model and has been an easy fit to our laundry system.

Some annoying hardware issues - mainly with printers.
CRM:
Message history in CRM is slow and clunky.
Ability to store notes is limited.

CleanCloud is handy, and the new upgrades are starting to fill in the gaps. There’s still gaps, but at least there’s movement in the right direction!

Stop having to “remember” everything. Automation with this POS is so convenient after setup. Automatic sms to customers is extremely helpful.

When holidays occur, it’s challenging to change pickup/dropoff to the next open date.

I have been using CleanCloud for 5 years now. I have been satisfied every step of the way. It has been amazing to see and implement all of the improvements and updates. CleanCloud really keep up with the time as well as their customers needs. Very happy.

Some features can be improved. For example, I created a special promotion for Thursdays to have 10% off of wash and fold. Although the promotion applies, it does not appear on the printed ticket at the end.

I like this software because it fits our needs.

We do not utilize the pick up and delivery portion. However, it is easy to use and CleanCloud is always looking for ways to improve their product to make it better. They are very receptive in listening to customer needs/wants. We have used this software for a little over a year and it suits our needs. It is easy to set up products and train new staff users. You can make it as simple as you want or as detailed as you want.

Downside is they are UK based and therefore when we pay our annual dues we are charged an international fee. Otherwise, all cons that I could think of are personal preferences and as stated previously they are very receptive of what the customer wants/needs. They are still growing, but this isn't necessarily a con in my opinion. Sometimes the support is a little delayed because they are based in a different country. However, it has significantly improved over the last few months.

I absolutely love the CleanCloud system it's superior to anything else out there. I've been in this industry for over 21 years and this is helped our bundle wash and pressing more than anything else.

I could go on for days talking about how much I love the clean cloud system I have researched several other POS systems and by far CleanCloud has more than exceeded my expectations. I've been in the laundry business for over 21 years. I've now had this system for almost 2 years. I have more than doubled the 1st year and the 2nd year I'm going to triple what I've done over the last 20 years with our bundle washing pressing.

My biggest con is that our employees are not able to get tips like they used to with the way the credit card system is set up.

We have not encountered any challenges with this software that wasn’t solved. Their team works tirelessly to resolve any issues we might have had.

And the most that make me loyal to CleanCloud: they listen to their users by developing new features suggested by us. The possibility also to have several branches and to use the same customer base, products, prices, loyalty.

Super easy to use, even for users who are not computer experts and yet the software is very complete.
The possibility of authorizing each collaborating user to have access to more or less data, easy management of clothes, ease of customer invoicing.

the possibility of extracting the detailed inventory is missing. I hope that will be the case soon.

I have used CleanCloud since it began and have watched it grow. I would not use anything else. Our customers love it too, especially the electronic notifications and the ability to pay each bill online.

Easy to use, intuitive interface. Good value for money. Could not operate without it. Makes running operations easier.

None really, they are responsive to ideas or updates, it is a community, where we are all working together.

In general it has being a good experience use the system and at this moment I do not have complaints only that we cannot print into the ticket the loyalty points for customer.

Basically user interface is friendly and very simple to use for us; the system is available 24/7 and we have not have fails in the system. I would like that is very easy to update information related to product, prices and commercial rules and get easier information related my business another good thing is app mobile for Android and IOS. In general CleanCloud is a good tool for a laundry business.

We cannot manage partial advance payments in the order.
We cannot manage expenses.
Ticket does not have a lot space for add text I mean it is not possible to add all commercial rules in the ticket.
It is not possible to print into the ticket points for loyalty club.

My experience has been very good and compared to the competition the price to feature s is excellent. They might be the best deal out there but the competition is not far behind or ahead..

With this software I am able to manage sales, wdf, , pickup & deliver, and a website all in one! I like that they now have an iPad app. This should make managing even easier.

It can use more website features and seo built in. The app and delivery has sales have not been good but this might have more to do with my location and marketing.
