Great product, great team to work with, always listen and take on board feedback. Would highly recommend this to people / businesses looking for a desk booking software. I reviewed many products and this was, hands down the best on price, system and support.

I love the ease of this system and also how it is constantly being developed to add more. It is on a subscription basis and with office environments ever changing this gives us the flexibility to only pay for what we use and we are not ties into a contract.

More bespoke reporting, but this is being looked at constantly. The ability to set emails to be issued and specific times to teams would be a great addition.

Very good, it helped hugely post covid and continues to be valuable.

Clear instructions very intuitive so all our staff are comfortable to pick it up and use it right away.

I very rarely have to call customer service, but when I have they were excellent!
Very easy to use, also very easy to roll out to a somewhat technophobic workforce.

limited cons, possibly that it takes a little longer to create a new room than I want, but it is pretty quick to be honest.

The overall experience with Clearooms is great. The main reasons for choosing them for our desk booking was ease of use and cost effectiveness. Pretty much everyone in my organisation has engaged with the software and given positive feedback, we are poised to make use of the Clearooms Teams app soon as well so the system is fully integrated. The floorplan redesigns that Tony and his team did for us look sleek and professional, and really helped sell the service to our staff. I look forward to seeing more new features as time goes on!

Would like to see more hardware integration in the future, primarily desk powering features would be incredible, as its the way our organisation is geared.

App can be a little clunky at times, but this is me being picky as much as anything!

Who's in feature is very useful for those who like lists as opposed to graphical representation.

There could be more validation in the system.
Need to press update when making changes. If you come of the page, it would be good if it reminded you to click Update etc.
When deleting plans, there should be a button that says - do you really want to do this etc.

Good once set up. because we needed to see all rooms at once in hourly slots it cost us more than was hoping.

Easy to use once set up and different options explained. Glenn was very helpful to get it all up and running.

No so good on an app on a tablet. We wanted to use a tablet in one of the rooms for booking but some of the features wouldn't work on the app.

Really good system to have, highly recommend. Only admin is to invite guests and ensure office seating updated.

Simple to invite guests, manage the desks/rooms, have control of whose invited with no public/shareable links.

Integration of cal wasn't very easy, nothing else to mention.

Overall it helps the organization of our office but i just need support in updating Clearooms to match our new office layout.

I think that our full office has access to use this. Makes things easier and more professional having visibility of what offices/desks are available.

I do need to make some changes to the layout which would be helpful to know how to do.

It's made it a lot easier for our users to book desks using an app or the website, with a user friendly list view of the office layout, and is extremely easy to administer.

We've not really found any cons so far, once its all been setup its fairly simple

Easy to use and understand system, with great functionality that enables us to manage our desk and car parking spaces and plan for events.

Ease of use for each floor and car park as well as individual office, plus the ease of use for staff once they are set up.

Along with the daily report we run for a fire management plan.

Can be a little bit slow when making changes, but that may also be our connection.

We are still in development and mobilisation phase but have high hopes for improvements in accommodation usage and control.

Some elements would benefit from development like the notifications and reports options to enable integrated service such as car parking service on the visitor tab and reports / notifications o FM services for room bookings requirements.

Very happy to continue to use this tool for the purpose of hot desk bookings. We used to Zoom Workspace (which I loved) but had to find a solution as company decided to use MS Teams for their conferencing and leave Zoom. Clearooms has provided us a stable platform to continue to allow our workforce to utilize flexible (hybrid) working at sites across geographies.

Very easy to use, straightforward to configure, upload floorplans. Flexible, and simple pricing model.

Still has no Teams integration but this isn't a biggie.

If I were to rate it from 1-5, I would give it a solid 4.6. I am quite pleased with the app as a user as well as admin.

I like that users from multiple domains can use one platform.
It's to simple to use.
Sending an invite and other admin activities are also quite simple.

The import user list does not send an invitation to the people on the list.

Works really well for what we need. User interface is clean, getting staff set up on it was easy and its customizable. No real issues yet. Would recommend.
