    Summary

    Click & Pledge is an excellent solution for nonprofits that want robust tools to manage donations and donor relationships. The suite of solutions is included for one price no matter how many records I have or what part of the platform I want to use. It’s flexibility, integrations, and customer service make it an exceptional choice for small to large organizations.

    Positive

    Click & Pledge makes online giving simple, customizable, and professional. I especially like how it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, making donor management smooth and efficient. The range of payment options, recurring donation features (along with recurring updater), and customizable checkout pages give us a lot of flexibility. Allowing our donors to cover the fees allows us to keep more funds for our cause. Their support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond, which is a huge plus.

    Negative

    The system is powerful, but with that comes a bit of a learning curve. Of course Click & Pledge understands this and offers Live Support so I can get my questions answered immediately.
