Really good for older notebook
Date: Sep 06 2021SummaryHad an older HP Folio with Ivy Bridge 3427u CPU. Windows 10 was not fully supported so began a search for alternative. Tried several Linux distro's which also were rather resource hungry. Then remember trying CloudReady on another notebook. I checked compatibility and was certified through 2026. I installed it and has been working great and is very responsive given its low resource requirements. Definitely a good option for older hardware if it is supported. Google has purchased Neverware, the developer of CloudReady, so hoping for even more improvements.
