    Summary

    My favorite features are the interviews and tests. The interview process uses a live coding environment to assess candidates in real time. Also, a large library of job-specific skills are available to assign to candidates.

    Positive

    I like that CodeSignal offers flexibility in scalability by cutting down the time businesses spend interviewing unqualified candidates. I also like the daily challenges and practice interviews available to help companies understand what may work for them.

    Negative

    What I dislike about CodeSignal was that some testers weren't a fan of the security measures in place during testing, particularly the requirement to have a Webcam on.

    CodeSignal is a great platform for both companies and job seekers. It excelled in almost all aspects in my experience as a learner & job seeker, with a great IDE, course structure and real world coding challenges.

    Good for online tests & interviews

    Negative

    It works great. Only con i can point out is that for users it is free but for companies seeking assessment module it is expensive.
