Anyone who is trying to practice competitive coding or to improve the skills must visit Codility once for sure. You will not get any better place than this.

1. Coding problems are arranged in increasing level of difficulty,
2. Proper problem description and reading notes are available,
3. When you start writing the code, it seems you are working on an IDE, not on any simple web compiler,
4. Proper and real-time suggestions are given while coding, just like an IDE,
5. Test cases are understandable, and check for nearly every possibility e.g. test boundary conditions, very large data, empty data etc.,
6. Test result report also shows the time complexity of the written code, and way to improve it is given in the reading notes,

In short, it's a complete package to practice coding..

The compiler shows that team is constantly improving the product, so we hope that it gets more features in the time.

Best tool in market for test setup quickly, automatic code review and quick reporting is the best feature provided by tool to HR.

Wide range of option/features with complexity, ease to use for HR and tech team, quick reporting, provide feasibility to set wide range of tests for latest cutting edge technologies.

Not sure about feature for online video recoding is provided or not.

Overall i found very useful, I have been using it for the last 2 years of my organisation hiring, especially the pre-screening activity.

- It has good test cases in build to execute post completing of exam
- Good tool to detect the Vulnerability
- It has a inbuilt Algorithm to detect the cheating
- Good in reporting
- I am using this for my team hiring pre-screening on both MCQ's and Live Coding Tests

I would request you to support more than 800 to 1000 users to take test, when i am going for Campus hiring it requires for me to conduct test for more than 1000+ associates at a time, request you to please provide the support.

Great experience and no complaints from the candidate and/or interviewer side. It's easy to create a test and send that over to the candidate or have the test be interactive and in real-time.

Codility is definitely an excellent platform particular in the Pandemic situation. We are planning to use Code live feature even when things return to normal just because benefit we see from virtual interview for candidates and hiring team.

Tracking results when we have many candidates for the drive thru portal is not that much user friendly.

Excellent online collaboration and code editing tool. It is easy to use and has good highlighting and editing features. It is easy to code in different languages.

I was able to write code and run it. The editor was easy to use and inserting indentation and modifying code was simple.

The features for testing could be improved. You can run the code but it would be helpful to be able to apply multiple custom inputs.

I have been using Codility for 6 months now and I am so impressed with the tool. The tech support are also super responsive and I have had great feedback from candidates as well.

IDE is not isn't a good as other IDEs.

Interviewer recommended this tool for a technical round. Comparing to other similar tools, I would prefer this one.

The interface design is friendly, I can change languages or find settings easily. Details about color, and font are good.

Used for couple of time, I haven't found any cons yet.

I have done over 30 interviews on the platform and the experience was very positive for me but also for the interviewees.

The abundance of features, intuitive UX, high number of programming languages supported and coding tasks from which to choose from.
It's very easy to setup an interview, invite candidates, take the interview itself, then get statistics from the results.

I was not able to change the tasks of a test after I already sent some invitations for the test, not even for future candidates, I had to create another test from scratch. As long as the candidate did not start the test, it would have made sense to have to possibility of changing the tasks.

I doubted the value of skill assessments for technical interviews but I think Codility allows me to use it for pre-screening to support the initial interview and save time in my interviews. I had a candidate perform poorly on an entry-level tasks which made it easy to exclude them from the interview with some confidence that i'm making the right choice.

It’s very intuitive and had very good UX design. Easily create tests from a range of existing tasks from a wide range of languages and technologies with different difficulty levels. After a candidate completes an assessment, you are sent a report with the score, time taken, historical views at each save so it’s easy to see each iteration of their solution.

I really love that for each task, you can see historical performances of previous candidates indicating how difficult/easy the overall task has been for candidates.

What I appreciate is that you can add extra time to allow your candidate the benefit if you add more difficult tasks, of course you must consider the overall timing.

Some tasks showed a high level of failure in the historical data, which allowed me to skip those tasks as I am also expecting my candidates to fail, so wondering why those continue to be options on the platform.

I used Codility preparation features and got very acquainted with the software. Also I got more coding experience from using this feature. Ultimately I performed very well during my test on Codility as the preparation test helped me get familiar with all aspects of Codility. The auto complete features were handy and test cases are categorized by input sizes. Also the timing was sufficient for the test questions. I will recommend Codility to organizations seeking to find great candidates like me.

Awesome auto complete features. Good timing for the questions. Great preparation documents. And all features on the UI are placed for ease of accessibility.

The question difficulty levels should be adjusted.

Easy to use interface and good selection.

Sample lessons provided are very good and helped me prepare for my test. Interface is user friendly.

At times the feedback was slow. Also it will help if test repository is added for problems.

Overall, I think Codility is a perfect platform for coding if you use the tasks already created and the CodeLive option if you do the assessment during the interview.

The platform is easy to use and quite intuitive. Tests can be created very easily using existing tasks and the range of technologies is quite diverse. Also, after the candidate completes the test, you receive a report about the score, suspicious activity, time used, etc.
What I really appreciate is that you can send tests to a batch of candidates only once and that you receive notification when the test is completed.
I sent several tickets to the support and they helped me every time very promptly.

There are cases where you need to create your own tasks and it is quite difficult to add photos or other files, for example.
I know it is a coding platform but it could also integrate tasks from other areas of the IT field (such as support).
What I like less about this platform is that I have to log in only through the link received by email and that I have to make a ticket to archive a test.

Great tool and brings good addition to interview process. simple to set up. i provide my first/ last name and email id, immediately i get the access code, which I can share with the interview candidate.

Ability to write code in various languages / scripting languages.
Able to execute code (runtime functionality).
Compile time error messages are spot on (helps me to see how candidates are paying attention to the failure message and take action appropriately during the interview.)
Much better experience than whiteboard.
