What is Cohesive?

Cohesive is a digital platform specifically crafted for sales prospecting and engagement, aimed at local service enterprises. It helps teams pinpoint nearby businesses, property owners, and influential decision-makers, allowing them to assemble targeted lead lists and launch tailored outreach via email, phone, and SMS. The platform is equipped with campaign management features that facilitate organization of target lists, communication channels, and follow-up timelines. Additionally, AI-driven agents efficiently handle responses, missed calls, and can re-engage with previous leads, while a shared workspace tracks campaigns, discussions, potential clients, scheduled calls, and performance metrics. Primarily focused on local service providers including commercial cleaning, HVAC and plumbing contractors, roofers, landscapers, and pest control companies, it enables outreach to surrounding businesses and property managers effectively. Teams are equipped to prospect within designated service areas, revitalize CRM accounts, synchronize their outreach strategies, and effectively monitor feedback. Furthermore, a well-documented API significantly enhances support for campaign and communication workflows, enabling the reading of inbox data and facilitating the sending or forwarding of email responses, thus guaranteeing a smooth engagement experience. By integrating all these functionalities, Cohesive strives to refine the sales process for local service businesses competing in a challenging marketplace, ensuring they can stand out and connect with their target audience more efficiently. This comprehensive approach not only boosts productivity but also enhances relationships with potential clients, ultimately driving business growth.

    Terrible Experience

    Date: Apr 19 2026
    Summary

They do not care if they cost a company money

    My experience with Cohesive is:
    - They launched services without my authorization on January 2, 2026, with no mention of a more appropriate plan for my business. Instead, they began charging a $400/month subscription--never letting me know they had a $30 per lead plan that would have been far more appropriate for this business. Trusting Kevin, I just stayed transparent and ever focused at the task at hand--paying my bill. Instead of getting upset, I set out to simply get the funds ASAP. Although I had JUST started my company, I did everything I possibly could to make the payment. Although late, the payments were always made.
    - First 2 weeks of February: I received enough leads to submit $236,000 worth of estimates, assuming each potential customer moved forward with a year's worth of recurring cleaning. Any experienced business owner would had suspected that this was the start of something amazing and fully expected these leads to at least stay consistent (bare minimum, I would have thought I would have seen those same numbers each month, right? Wrong)
    - The next 7 weeks I saw next to no leads. I had just over-extended myself to ensure I had all the equipment and Cleaning Service Products/Chemicals I would need, since I had little to be cautious about. Approximately 3 weeks into the dry spell, I reached out to Kevin, saying "I guess our time has come..." that I was going to cancel service since we must have drained my 12 cities, yes 12 cities, deep within the metropolitan area of Macomb County, Michigan. Kevin immediately called me to explain that I must not have received the email about their "system-wide glitch" that everyone was supposed to get, explaining the problem they ran into. During the conversation, he offered to reduce my monthly subscription to $100 for the current month and $200 per month for the next 2 months.
    - This is what really gets to me: I contacted him to cancel at the tail end of the 7 weeks, as staying on for even $200 per month seemed crazy since I was only seeing a poor-quality lead once every couple of weeks (on average). He THEN disclosed a Pay Per Lead Plan they have for $30 per lead, disregarding the fact that I was offered a discount if I were to stay on with them. My questions are: Well, where's the concern for the glitch they had? And why wasn't this offered to begin with, considering I had been FULLY transparent that my company had zero cash flow.

    Positive

There's nothing positive to say. I refuse to act as though there is. They waited a little for there money, die to the FACT I just started the company, fully disclosing it had zero cash flow, yet they launch it without my authorization, yet they claim they went "WAYYYY ABOVE And beyond for me?"

That was one of the more disturbing things that happened, right at the end of the relationship...DISGUSTING. Maybe I understand a different type of going above and beyond for My clients.
