What is ColoCrossing?

Colocation is the practice of housing servers and other equipment in a specialized data center that provides essential features like network redundancy, advanced security protocols, backup power systems, and around-the-clock staffing. By leveraging Dedicated Servers, organizations can benefit from the robust infrastructure of a data center, boosting reliability while simultaneously lowering operational expenses. Hiring a Managed Services Provider (MSP) can ease the burdens on businesses, allowing them to focus on core functions without the distractions of IT infrastructure management. At ColoCrossing, every hosting management package guarantees clients round-the-clock priority technical support, ensuring prompt assistance when necessary. Our experienced technicians are involved from the very beginning of your deployment, which allows them to become deeply familiar with your specific hosting setup. This deep understanding results in faster problem resolution and minimizes downtime during critical situations. We take pride at ColoCrossing in offering colocation services that effectively balance reliability and cost, ensuring clients receive maximum value for their expenditures. Moreover, our dedication to customer satisfaction is reflected in our customized support services, tailored to cater to the distinct requirements of each business we collaborate with. As a result, our clients can trust that their unique needs will always be prioritized and met with utmost professionalism.

    Stay away from ColoCrossing

    Date: Nov 25 2024
    Summary

I've been trying to talk to them for two days and nobody answers me.

    Positive

    N/A.

    Negative

Very bad experience with this company: ColoCrossing

I have had the service for 4 days and I have not been able to enjoy it because someone is attacking my server.

I hired this hosting because it promises an anti-DDos service

I have opened a ticket on their platform (#722006) and asked them for a refund, because if they can't stop the attacks, I don't want the service.

I can say it is my worst co-location experience

    Date: Apr 13 2024
    Summary

I signed up for co-location service around a month ago in March 2024. Initially, there were delays as they couldn't rack my server for a whole day. However, the most frustrating aspect was the incredibly slow internet service. I could barely achieve upload speeds of 40-50 Mbps. Despite opening multiple tickets, the issues remained unresolved, leading me to ultimately give up on their service.

What's more, despite not signing any contractual agreements, they insisted that I pay a de-racking fee along with the next month's invoice to retrieve my server. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the server's rails were damaged during the supposedly paid de-racking process.

I have experience working with numerous data centers worldwide, including seven in the USA and nearly twenty in Europe, and I must say that this experience was by far the worst in terms of internet connectivity and the competence of both technical and sales personnel. It's disappointing, to say the least.

    Positive

    Quick response.
There is no pros with this company rather than they are real and there is a data center there yes they are serving.

    Negative

Technical responses are useless and unsolved.
    Super slow internet speed.
    Very low knowledge technical support.
    Super low knowledge network engineers.
    Careless technical support.
    Threatening sales representatives.

    Host for ABUSERS and criminals

    Date: Dec 15 2023
    Summary

The very best thing that could happen is to get scammed. Let alone they couldn't care less about safety.

    Positive

None. Do not support a place where abusers are able to carry on with violent behaviour. This is a safety issue.

    Negative

This is a criminal host for ABUSERS and dangerous individuals.
