    Summary

    DON’T use COMCAST BUSINESS! Your business will thrive if you stay away!!! It took over 8 months to get our service moved. Billed us for 4 accounts! leaving the old account up with no equipment running, but charged 3.7k more towards our account! Essentially doubling our annual cost of 3600.00 to 6700.00 WTF!

    Compared to other service providers, there is nothing I could find positive to say about Comcast Business. Especially their crap customer support! And over/double billing! Once you get snagged by their failed customer service, expect to get on a ferris wheel you can never get off!

    Negative

    Comcast business is the worst when it comes to customer service and extreme double over billing. After a year of fighting their customer service, I am now filing legal action with CA. Privacy laws, along with filing complaints with FCC & FTC. I’ll never use Comcast again! I recommend Sonic they stepped in and save what Comcast couldn’t do and that was provide business phones while Comcast took 4+ months to move our service!
