    Summary

    Very happy with the product and level of service we have received. Getting good value and product really helped with managing leads and sales.

    Robust functionality that rivals enterprise players at half the cost. Highly customizable without programmer intervention.

    Negative

    No multi language support - we were hoping for not only an English version but Dutch as well.
