    Very disappointed. May have to cancel since very basic widget is not working. Customer support is not knowledgeable enough to give accurate information.

    Contact us widget worked well for about a year. Have had very few issues. Easy to setup for a novice user.

    Negative

    The support team does not know the product! After a couple of weeks of back and forth, my contact us widget has reached a maximum and is not working. So I upgraded, and was told to cancel the old subscription. I did that. The widget still doesn't work. If I was an HTML programmer, I wouldn't need this widget. Looking for better options now from a different widget source now.

    Poor customer service, completely dismissed by agents, questions left unanswered, and a tone that was arrogant.

    Well designed product with variety. Their widgets cover a wide array of uses which make solid websites.

    Negative

    Dishonest practices regarding pricing and customer service despite advertising to the contrary. Company advertises custom plans but will not honor offer tailor made solutions for ALL size projects. Website makes no mention of custom plans having a minimum. When pointed out they acknowledge this but only offer a smiley face afterwards in response with no solution to their false advertising. Support team is non responsive as well.

    They just don't care or have the bandwidth to follow-through. I have followed up twice and they just don't respond even though the issue hasn't been resolved.

    Terrible customer service. Before becoming a paying customer, I was testing their widgets and told their team 1) their widget was setting off virus protection software and 2) the widget was NOT working across all devices. They initially helped and eventually stopped responding to my inquiries. Glad I never signed up with my credit card. I question their integrity and ability to back their products.

    Customer service. You'd think that if your product isn't working fully AND setting off virus protection software, you'd prioritize it.
