I am using Contently for my project plan management and Technical content and documents for our stories. Contently helped us to streamline process of Creating, Managing, Tracking, Marketing etc for our technical blogs and contents.

Not as of I am aware of. Found bit difficult initially to grasp complex workflows.

Sometimes freelancers don't have subject matter expertise and some component are not clearly defined.

What I personally like the most is by using Contently as a plugin with my Wordpress account I, as a fairly new website owner have one less thing to worry about. Contently keeps my social media and most of my written word content of my site up to date and innovative. Contently is a must have.
