What is Coretool?
Coretool serves as a web-based invoicing solution tailored for freelancers, sole proprietors, tradespeople, small service enterprises, and various businesses in Germany. This platform enables users to create and manage quotes and invoices while adhering to XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoicing regulations, handle customer relations, send payment reminders, and organize appointments. The application also incorporates GiroCode QR codes, supports digital signatures for quotes, and allows for e-invoice document validation via its REST API. Users can enhance their workflows by connecting Coretool with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n, although access to some specialized features may require prior approval. Additionally, it supports the integration of calendar feeds with Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars.
