    Summary

    If I could get any sort of service or tech support, I would be a long time customer. At this point, I am finding another service.

    Positive

    What I like is the simplification of creating a bid.
    I like being able to modify costs and markup to the entire bid on one screen. Even though this can be done, you are not able to print a report with accurate project totals. Insane.

    Negative

    The system has a glitch and reaching anyone in the company is literally impossible. I have left multiple messages, sent emails, and texted "the sales rep". Never a response. I'm not certain there are any employees at all.
    The reports generated do not create totals for the individual phases or totals for an entire project. Documentation nor tech support exists for this issue. An utter disappointment.
