After having a 2-week stalemate with Craftcloud customer service, I would not recommend using them. The agent I've been working with claims she cannot help me because she is not an engineer. You don't need to be an engineer to see that the parts we received are not the parts we ordered.

The prints look really nice, even if they were printed in the wrong materials. I ordered ten parts in titanium, which are fairly expensive, and all of them were the incorrect files. The designs I needed printed in titanium arrived in aluminum and stainless steel.

We ordered 9 different files, each in a different material, which were sent to 3 different manufacturers. Craftcloud had 6 of these files printed in the incorrect materials. We asked them how this happened, and they claim that there was no mistake made. I asked them to open the files to see the designs for verification with the parts printed, but they claim they are not engineers and cannot do such work because it is outside of their realm of expertise. I would 100% recommend sending your orders one at a time to prevent the geniuses there from mixing up the names. The crazy part is that they must have literally changed the file names to make this mistake. But with Craftcloud, 6 wrong out of 9 isn't that bad. I'll just go back to having Jawstec print all of my designs. Craftcloud customer service DOES NOT CARE to resolve issues like mine.

I ordered a hose adapter holder for my Bissell machine. I ordered the part in PETG with 100% infill.

Easy to use, and quick to order.
Part was received in good condition, and functional.
No sharp edges or chips.

It's clear they give 0% about aesthetics / appearances. Still had whispy bits of plastic still hanging off of it, and a badly laid grid pattern on the flat side. Rip it off the printer, then pack and ship!

Terrible, the company has wasted my time, my money and has even managed to ruin my holidays. Well done.

Tried 2 times now. First time the company cancelled the order and started the refund the next day. With the holidays I thought I would give it another try. The quote I picked of course has a problem with every single file I uploaded. Asked for a refund if there was an issue and both Craftcloud Support and the company I am ordering from have gone silent. This company is disorganized, it's quotes are not legitimate and it's terrible at support. Do not use this company for anything.

It's disorganized, the quotes aren't real, the company support takes days to respond if they respond at all and the files I am being told have errors have been looked at by Craftcloud before and been fine. Just now there's an error.
