The user experience was excellent. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) were exceptionally user-friendly, making navigation a breeze.

Since I have not used it much as of now haven't come across any cons as such. But will surely update once I encounter any.

We would like an ability to build custom reports ourselves rather than requesting through support team. They do respond within 24 hours and build it.

Credentialingspectrum is one of the most comprehensive workflow management and automation for managing credentialing and contracting activities for billing companies for their providers. We at Digital Medical Billing Inc have been using it for over 15+ years and I believe they have lots of billing companies' and small to large clinics as their client.

We suggested that company conducts bimonthly open session for feedback from us to improve our workflow. They are working on it to make it happen this summer.
