I do not recommend for Europeans in any case.
Once again the Americans showed that they cannot be trusted.

Because you have to put some good side to this, let's mention the price.

I couldn't find anything positive about anything else.

How many other Europeans make this mistake and find out that it doesn't work in Europe. Because of this, it's unclear and steals Europeans' money.

I've been using CryptoHero for few months (introduced by a colleague of mine) and can safely vouch for its reliability and robustness. I love the constant updates and look forward to using more of CryptoHero.

- their customer support is legendary. Really fast response even on the weekends.
- I love their new mobile app UI that is really much better than the previous version. Guess this "wow" factor prompted me to write this review

I have to inform them to add a missing coin in order to trade. I guess it is no biggie since they usually add it within a day. Other than this, all is good.

I have been trading crypto since 2017 and have generally used a few of the crypto trading bots. So, I would say that I am a pretty experienced user. I used to code out my algo to implement my automated trading strategy. However, when a friend of mine introduced me to CryptoHero, I was just blown away. This app beats the rest out there! And it works all the time.

This CryptoHero is really the best bar none. The thing that I love most is how well they created an easy to use UI from something so complex like algorithmic trading. It seems that someone in their team studied psychology and managed to lay out the settings, buttons, etc in a very logical manner. Another thing that I liked is that it is very stable. Bots buy and sell when they ought to.

Hmmm... frankly, hard to think of one as CryptoHero is really that good. Well, maybe it would be good if they can offer 1 minute trading interval. At the moment, their fastest interval is 5 minute.

I am from a trading signal platform and we were looking to partner with a trading bot company. After evaluating and conversing with some of them, we found CryptoHero to be the best overall. Their UI is laid out in a very logical well thought out manner. This is clearly a software designed by experienced fund managers, as boasted on their website. Thumbs up for a great trading software.

b) It has the best form of integration with TradingView of all trading bots, bar none
c) Bots work as they are supposed to.

I work as a trader (derivatives) in a very large Indonesian bank. I am personally very into crypto trading and tried a few bots as listed in SourceForge. I found CryptoHero to be the best and I love their technical support which is fast. One of them recommended me to submit a review here if I liked the software. Here I am. CryptoHero is a well-built software with a strong customer service team. I always receive replies even on weekends. Kudos. Highly recommended.

- The interface does not scare you. When I first logged in, the simple UI makes it welcoming.
- The backtest is super and fast compared to other bots I've tried.
- I like the pricing. It is really cheaper than comparable bots and even better than the more expensive ones.

- Sometimes the backtest will "hang". It just stop showing results. It could be due to many backtests which I ran.

I work in a large Swiss hedge fund and have been a trader for 10 years. I've used several other trading bots and was blown away by the powerful feature set of CryptoHero. I wish them the best and hope they can be a number one in their field.

I love the advanced features offered by CryptoHero. It is simply amazing how they distill the complexities of automated trading into something that is so easy to comprehend and run. Their backtest is commendable - fast and accurate. In addition, they offer a good paper trading option to allow traders like us to test actual market without risk.

CryptoHero user interface is clean and simple to understand. Their newly launched bots marketplace is a huge deal for those new to crypto and automated trading. I also like the fact that they have both mobile and web apps which make accessing the platform easy and convenient.

They do not have enough videos to provide more strategy knowledge. It would be great if they have an academy to teach new traders on the intricacies of automated trading.

We have tested several crypto trading bots as we are keen to find out who are the best. CryptoHero stands out among the rest, objectively speaking. Although this software is considered a new player (having been around for slightly more than a year), it has all the essential bells and whistles checked.

- Very clean UI. Their many themes offer good personalization experience.
- Lots of contextual help which makes the whole onboarding experience undaunting
- Stable, stable, stable. This software feels like it is powered by a 100 men development team
- Offers iOS, Android and Web

- Web app has occasional display quirks. Weird thing is that it does not happen all the time. Their support has been informed about them.
- No download reports functionality.
- Their iOS app does not allow you to add exchange API. Have to do it through their web app.

I was excited when I found this app, but quickly disappointed by the lack of trading pairs—do not expect full service on your exchange. You can ask to add trading pairs, but this is not useful to hop on a quickly moving opportunity. I wrote to the support to request a refund and was informed that there was “no refund policy in place”. So be sure this product can do what you need it to do before you are stuck with a year long subscription like me.

Looks simple and useful, ability to connect multiple exchanges (unlike Cryptohopper) which was my reason for purchasing it.

There are limited trading pairs available per exchange. This is not apparent from the website so the usefulness of making quick trades on a spectrum of coins is very low. No refund policy available per email with support.

I've been using a couple of other trading bots before I landed on CryptoHero. This software and especially their customer service, impressed me so much that I felt compelled to give them a good review. To anyone who is looking for a great crypto trading bot, look no further. CryptoHero is the one.

The speed of the backtest is really nothing short of impressive. CryptoHero offers several commonly used time frames for backtesting and the results for all backtests that I've performed are accurate and fast. Their user interface is also very easy to grasp and navigate around. Last but not least, their support is really awesome. Nothing longer than a day for them to get back to me with my issues. Kudos to their team.

It would be good to have more bot strategies available to very advanced users. But their current suite of bots are good enough for most.

My overall experience with CryptoHero has been excellent. When I first signed up and logged in, they presented a nice walkthrough tutorial that got me familiarized pretty fast. I used their real time WhatsApp chat support and it was a delight as their customer service team responded in a very helpful manner. I have recommended CryptoHero to my friends as well due to my pleasant experience.

a) fast backtest. 99% of the backtest took less than 2 seconds. It saved me lots of time doing my strategy testing
b) simple UI does not scare an old man like me. I like UI that is simple.

a) their trading terminal is quite basic in terms of features. But, anyway, I can always use the exchange's trading terminal for any manual trading. No biggie.

I am a retail trader but have been dabbling in trading bots since the pandemic started just to earn some extra income. I've used a few (shall not name them here) and find CryptoHero to be the best overall in terms of price to functionalities. More importantly for me, their customer service team is commendable. Tripe A class I would say. I've since recommended CryptoHero to some friends of mine.

It only allows up to 30 bots for their Professional plan. I wonder if I need to add more bots, what would happen.

Barring the lack of indicators, this product is excellent for new to intermediate traders. For traders, the robustness of the platform is more important than anything else. CryptoHero does not disappoint. It has a comprehensive marketplace that offers strategies from experienced traders and that is a lovely feature for any new traders who want to onboard into automated trading.

I believe this is clearly one of the leading crypto trading bot product in the market. Sure, there are many out there but, when it all comes down to robustness and user-friendliness, CryptoHero wins them hands down. When I mentioned robustness, I meant the bot works 100% of the time. Never miss a signal and executes on my strategies like a charm.

Their current repertoire of indicators support is not large. It would be good if they can offer other indicator types like ichimoku cloud. It would be the perfect product if CryptoHero can support more indicators.

Our team was researching on a crypto trading bot to integrate with our existing AI stock trading system. We chanced upon CryptoHero and the entire team concurred that this software is by far the best we had tried. In trading, nothing is more important than reliability. In fact, reliability takes priority for us over any fancy features. CryptoHero did not fail us in that aspect. We ran many trades with their Pro plan and found out that their bots are very robust and run as expected.

Another thing that is worth commending on is their very responsive customer service team. There were once or twice we contacted then on a weekend night and almost immediately got a response. To say we were pleasantly shocked was an understatement.

Dear Reader, I would like to give my 2 cents comments for CryptoHero. I work as a real estate agent in London but trades crypto in the night. I have been trading crypto for the last two years. Due to its 24/7 nature, it is imperative that one uses a bot to help in the trading executions. I have used others that I shall not name here and of course CryptoHero which led me to write this review.

Well, it is really a great piece of software that is designed to work flawlessly and reliably for me. I signed up for their Professional plan after trying CryptoHero for a week. It was one of the best decision I've made in my life.

I love their backtest which is fast and accurate. I mean blazingly fast.
I also love their trading view integration that is by far, the best designed piece of feature among all other crypto trading bots.
Last but not least, I love the responsive nature of their customer service team.

Well, nothing honestly. I do not want to find fault in this software when there is none.

I've been using this app for a month and am glad to make some profits from the bots. Unlike others which I've tried, the onboarding for this CryptoHero was easy. The UI is logically laid out as well. Their team is always improving the software. Their customer service is AAA. They offer WhatsApp real time chat even. Great software with great customer service.

- Many different bot types for different strategies
- Very fast backtest and in fact the fastest I've encountered among its competitors
- Very nice and clean UI
- Bug free and stable! Needless to say more, this is so very important for a trading app!

The web app has some occasional display quirks. Sometimes, when I login, it will display the numbers superimposed on each other. But, nothing critical though. I've contacted the developers and they are fixing this.

I used other crypto trading bots. This one is easy to get started. Its interface is pretty intuitive and actually has quite a few important features which other software lacks.

Simple and easy to use software. It offers both web and mobile app which is good for convenience. The software is always improving as well. It has important back testing feature too. It also offers paper trading.

Lacks advanced reporting feature. I wanted more detailed reports to my performance. It would be good if this software also has more crypto exchange support.

At first it seemed complicated but now I am pretty comfortable with the platform. great trading bot.

My first experience with this bot was very smooth sailing given the fact it is so easy to use (even for a novice trader like myself). You can even learn about the market from the paper trading option it offers.

Definitely a sound concept!!

A versatile trading bot which both novice and experienced traders can use. One can make use of the numerous features this bot offers such as the multiple exchanges you can connect your bot with or even have the availability of 'paper trading' as an option.

It is very easy to use and I recommend all users who are interested in this space to definitely give it a shot.

There are no glaring limitations of this application but sometimes it suffers minor glitches which slows down the performance of the bot. Yet I believe it deserves 5 stars!

This might be my favorite Crypto trading bot! The experiences and the result I've received so far are above my expectation.

As a new user of trading bots my experience with CryptoHero has been pleasant.
1- Kudos to the Customer Officer that helped me with all my questions and being responsive.
2- Live the layout and simplicity it doesn't look as intimidating as others.
3- Price point is very reasonable.

As a new user I would like to actually see a better/ layman tutorial, I struggled a little when I'm trying to set my first bot but luckily their customer support are responsive and helpful.

Too simplified to be useful.

Speed of bot backtesting.
No more positives.

No fine tuning to bots entry/ exit conditions.
Only 3 simple indicators, none with fine tuning.
Wasn't able to replicate successful bots from other platforms,
bots created here were aways making a loss on markets where my quadency bots are making 20% + monthly.
